Usually an excellent product with superior protection, but I noticed with my recent order that the large size now fits like a medium. Unfortunately I can't wear them, so I'm going to have to return them and purchase the XL. To give an idea of the fit change: I was able to wear the large comfortably for 3 years. Today I'm 10 lbs lighter, so I should still be able to fit them. However, I cannot squeeze into them without ripping the seams. Another regular customer noticed the same thing.

I think the Tena Overnight Underwear are great, in fact I love all the Tena products I use. I have to wear disposable underwear all the time, as I am in a wheelchair. It takes me too long to get to the toilet, pull myself out of my chair, get my pants down and then seat myself - it's really a production. I have tried all the brands of underwear and pads and have found Tena to be the best. They are also the most economical. I got my 91 year old mother into them also and she loves them too. The main thing you need to do to have great success with them is to get the right size. Once you do you will not have to worry about leaks. I feel confident going out in public in the regular underwear because I know I am protected against accidents. I highly recommend the Tena underwear and pads. Please note that I use the underwear and pads together, at the same time.

Being simple; but, to the point the Overnight Underwear is all it says it is. It is totally what is says: completely gives a secure, confident feeling. It is comfortable, feels dry and offers odor control. I've tried many products for many years and this product truly gives me confidence.

I've been buying underwear/briefs for my husband for 6 years and all of them leak about have the time. I bought some Tena briefs at the store. They seemed to be okay as far as leakage, but were too large. So I went on the Tena Website, looked at the products and ultimately phoned the company. After discussing the products, I ordered the Underwear Overnight and I am really, really pleased with them. Didn't dream they would work this well. We have used over 1 package and not one single leak. Phenomenal. Excellent product.

Unfortunately, I forgot to pack my Tena overnight panties for a trip and was forced to buy a competing national brand. What a mistake! The competing brand claimed to be extra-super absorbent but actually leaked around the legs and the capacity seemed to be about half of what Tena holds. Now my Tena products are packed before anything else, as I don't want to have another embarrassing experience - ever! I've been wearing the Tena overnight panties for five years and will never switch.

I've tried tons of different products and these work the best for me. They fit good and keep my clothes dry. I have to go to the bathroom quite often at night and when I stand up out of bed to go, it just starts to run out before I get to the bathroom. These absorb everything. I have to change sometimes but it protects my clothes and I just have to change the underwear and not my pajamas. It holds a lot very well and I love the gathers at the legs because it keeps everything else dry. They are more expensive but the effectiveness is definitely worth it.

Difficult to wrap around a man larger than yourself. Takes much too long. Please make the same inside the same in a shorts style that could be put on like regular underware? We need something that will last 9/10 hours of sleeping. I was assured by the sales girl that the black and white shorts would work. Not true. I called, and the next girl said the unisex were the best in shorts for both. They worked better, but not as well as the diaper style. Those are good for the bedridden. But the active man needs the coverage of the diaper style. Just put the larger inside a short style THANK YOU

I love this Tena product. The problem I have is every time I purchase them ,they go up in price. I started out with the 14ct ,I paid 20.62. A few weeks later i bpught the same package 14ct ,they went up to 21.63. Tena incontinence product. So I decided to purchase the 64 ct of these ,I paid 45.98. 3 days later this same product went up to 53.97. These are sold and shipped by Walmart. This does not make me happy. Love the product but not the price increase.

My mother is 88 years old with the beginning stages of Alzheimer's and is experiencing incontinence issues. This Tena overnight product is a God saver. The absorbency of this overnight panty is the most we've experienced so far. There is never any leakage and through the night mom's incontinence problem is solved. We would be lost without this product. Sometimes we also use the Tena overnight pads as an extra precaution because mom does not wake up at night to go to bathroom. We highly recommend both Tena products.

This underwear provides the best incontinence coverage that I've used for my family member. Leaks are infrequent and only at maximum capacity. Unlike other products, there is good order control and minimum bacteria related skin issues. The fit is better, as well as the coverage. The fabric is a much better quality than others, which makes it more comfortable to wear.
