It is surprising that any diaper product would not contain a minimal amount of wetness indicator dye to show the caregiver the presence of any liquid, mainly urine. This product works great otherwise, but given that a spritz of indicator would add such incredible value, it is beyond me why this feature is not provided.

Waited quite a while so I would be sure how they work. Excellent ! I had been using Depends Overnight Underwear and Poise Overnight Pad and not happy. Leaked frequently -had to put plastic down to protect recliner I sleep in. Very frustrating ! The Tena Overnight Underwear and Overnight Pads work very well. Had leak couple times, but not bad at all. Basically, once I got pads placement figured out (night use 2 to make area long enough for me. About 1 or 2 inches longer would be perfect for us big women) no leaks! Thank you Tena !!

This product does not hold a full bladder (400ml) without leaking onto the bed. Therefore I'm changing the bed every night and running laundry every day, unless I give up sleep to monitor the fullness of my wife's pull-up. I'm wondering if there is a truly "overnight" pull-up on the market anywhere.

Finally found an effective diaper. I've got prostate related total incontinence and I've been going nuts trying to find a diaper that lasts more than an hour or two before it starts leaking. I can get 4 to 5 hours dependably from these Tena Overnight underwear. If the elastic around the legs were a little wider and tighter they'd be even better. Recommend highly.

I purchased these pads no where did it show the size other than large. I opened them and they were way too small. When I checked the pkg it had in small print 32-42”. The previous pads I had were large and the size listed in small print is 39-52”. . Those fit perfect. Can I return the ones that are way too small? The difference in size on the large should be in large print to bring attention to it!!

This product is excellent as far as quality and fit. Absorption is the best in its field. I only use Tena product as no other compares. I have in the past used other products but they do not compare in quality or use ability, comfort and softness. I don't worry about leaks when I am wearing a Tena!

I've been buying underwear/briefs for my husband for 6 years and all of them leak about have the time. I bought some Tena briefs at the store. They seemed to be okay as far as leakage, but were too large. So I went on the Tena Website, looked at the products and ultimately phoned the company. After discussing the products, I ordered the Underwear Overnight and I am really, really pleased with them. Didn't dream they would work this well. We have used over 1 package and not one single leak. Phenomenal. Excellent product.

Difficult to wrap around a man larger than yourself. Takes much too long. Please make the same inside the same in a shorts style that could be put on like regular underware? We need something that will last 9/10 hours of sleeping. I was assured by the sales girl that the black and white shorts would work. Not true. I called, and the next girl said the unisex were the best in shorts for both. They worked better, but not as well as the diaper style. Those are good for the bedridden. But the active man needs the coverage of the diaper style. Just put the larger inside a short style THANK YOU

I have been buying these Tena incontinence pull ups for a long time and they are my favorite but the last 4 packages I received are too little. I don't want to pay for something I can't wear. I was really disappointed because I was using another brand I did not like. ten

My mother had a stroke four years ago when she came home she needed to wear something overnight. We have tried every single thing there was and I was washing all of her bed close every day and it was that hey huge amount of work and uncomfortable for her. Now that I have found TENA it is almost impossible for anything to change both of our lives to this degree in overnight and daytime too. Now we can go out and confidence with no hesitation because of TENA and mom goes to sleep at night knowing that there will be no wetness because of TENA. Thank you again for this magnificent product. I only wish there were someway I could let everyone in the world know about them!
