I am totally incontinent following prostate salvage surgery. On some nights the Tena overnight under garments do not contain all urine flow. Still in search of an undergarment that will be 100% effective. All night, every night not 9 out of 10.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and have tried other pull-ups before. These overnights are truly leak proof. My mind is at rest knowing the pull-up will hold at least three eliminations so I can get a good nights sleep.

This product is more absorbant than any of the others i have used. I use them at night and when i travel or shop. I have very little control so these are a blessing.

ive wore large in this brand for 4 years. i ordered them again the other day. not paying attentioon i opened a pack. they were so small i couldnt get them up above my hip. i dont know if they packaged them wrong or if they changed sizing .

Use it all the time every day up to bed time, then switch to something else. Best one I have found for great absorbency and comfort. Much better then the brand names you see in the grocery store and advertised on T.V.

Due to the medical/surgical need to oblate over 100 cysts from my bladder wall, I am totally incontinent. Not a happy place to be. However, Tena overnight garments allow me to have a fairly normal and comfortable life style.

The product serves it's purpose many times over. Have been using for several years with no complaints. Comfortable, overall protection, never any accidents.

The underwear is comfortable and fits well, however, it would be nice if it were more padded or could hold more in order that the underwear holds more and is less likely to leak.

The only product on the market that does what it is suppose to do. All the other products on the market even compares with it. Yet more stores do not carry it anymore. Shame on them.

I tried several brands of adult diapers at the beginning, but Tena easily beat out the others. Since I have to wear diapers, Tena is the only brand I buy. They have rarely leaked, and only because of extraordinary circumstances!
