With any other underwear that says overnight I still have to change every 4 - 5 hours. With the Tena Overnights I can sleep for 6 - 7 hours before having to change. Nice nights sleep.

Only one star. Reason being that the sizes have changed. Size L was perfect. XL is way too large and the now size L is too small. Loved the underwear, but can’t deal with new sizes.

They have more material at the sides than others. Fit nicely. Without the missing material at the sides, they don't leave a large gap when moving in bed.

Love the product, my only gripe is that the waist band could be a little stronger, it tends to fall down. I did try the medium but it's a little small for me.

This was the first time I have tried these and they worked well for me. I am going to use them again. If you are like me you will be happy with these.

I've tried numerous overnight underwear briefs. NONE worked. I was in tears before finding Tena. The Tena underwear is very hard to find in my area. However, I gladly pay the slightly higher price for them when I can find them!

Carol likes the way it fits and feels. I've use four different types for overnight there always seems to be some leakage if she really has to go a lot. But this one seems to do the best job

Tena Overnight Underwear is the best product of its type I've tried. Effective and comfortable although a little expensive. I'e trie Always, Depends, and several store brands, but Tena provides the best it and coverage.

ive wore large in this brand for 4 years. i ordered them again the other day. not paying attentioon i opened a pack. they were so small i couldnt get them up above my hip. i dont know if they packaged them wrong or if they changed sizing .
