I am totally incontinent following prostate salvage surgery. On some nights the Tena overnight under garments do not contain all urine flow. Still in search of an undergarment that will be 100% effective. All night, every night not 9 out of 10.

An obvious change in size makes these that I ordered barely fit a child. I have worn these for at least 10 years, but the new sizing is ridiculously small. I had to return all of them.

This is the most effective product I have used so far. There have been no "surprises" since purchasing your overnight underwear. I am no longer doing laundry every other day. Thank you

These are great. They keep me dry all night and I wear them during the day also. The price is worth paying for them. I always buy by the case. They keep my bottoms dry when I’m out and running errands or have appointments

For my sister's needs, she uses both these products. She has more confidence in wearing these then several others she tried out. They're comfortable & easy to put on.

ive wore large in this brand for 4 years. i ordered them again the other day. not paying attentioon i opened a pack. they were so small i couldnt get them up above my hip. i dont know if they packaged them wrong or if they changed sizing .

My mom uses these at night and she loves them. She sleeps better knowing if she has an accident her sheets will not get wet. She says they offer the best protection of any brands on the market. Thank Tena for understanding your audience!
