[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Fireside 360 is fulfilling my dreams of a no-hassle “fire pit” experience. I get a warm and toasty outdoor seating area, and don't have to collect wood, work hard to start a fire, and worry about the embers after we've turned in for the night. The Fireside 360 puts out a lot of heat from the outer ring, and has the visual of a cozy fire at the top among the coals. Assembly was simple. It seems very sturdy and durable, I would expect it to last a long time. My only “con” is that it is not at all portable - once I put a propane tank in it, I can't lift it - so you'll need a cover for it for sure (it will be sitting out in all weather).

This has to be one of the best products shark ninja has ever made. I own a lot of their products and have to say this is by far my favorite.. We have an outdoor covered patio, we’ve tried many different heaters for the area. This one works the best warms the entire patio not just the seating area in front of it. The radiant heat is superior to any other system, and the open flame provides the perfect ambience and warmth as needed not to mention the aesthetics of the unit itself.

Structurally this feels very sturdy, the latch on the backside where you put the gas also feels strong and like it wouldn't loosen after repeated use. I appreciate that I can fit a standard propane tank in here so I don't have to go out and get something new. I've used this a couple of times now (weather permitting!) with friends and family and we've loved that there's a low and high setting since some people are little more sensitive to the heat than others. I plan on getting the cover for it to make it last even longer!

Unlike many other similar products, which I find to often look kind of tacky, this one looks really nice and luxurious, both when in use and when not in use! I love that you can use it as just a heater or as a fire pit separately or at the same time! Great addition for any backyard space! Also easy to move and it's the perfect size!

The heater and fire pit work great. The heater can throw out some good heat and the fire pit is nice. It does eat up a lot of propane depending on how high you have the heat cranking out. The only things I wish they offered is some sort of heat shield reflector you could put on if you don't have people sitting on all sides so that you aren't just heating empty space. Also the fire rocks are boring. It would be nice if they sold decorative glass or something like that.

We typically don't get 30 degree weather until January , and this year it's already cold in November. The ninja was an easy set up, the box was heavy though so make sure you have someone to help you. I don't plan on leaving this outside yet due to not having a fence; but it'd beautiful. All I'm missing is the propane to actually turn it on but it did bring the battery. I'm pleasantly surprised on how nice this is. I can't wait to actually use it for the warmth for Thanksgiving rather than it just looking pretty in the garage. 10/10 recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been really impressed with the Ninja Fireside 360. First of all, it looks good. It has a clean, modern vibe, so it doesn't look bulky or out of place on the patio. But the best part is the heat output. With the circular heat mode, you can actually feel the warmth all the way around the pit and you don't have to sit directly on top of it to stay warm. The built-in heater plus the fire together is what makes it such a game changer. One thing to note: the metal grates do get hot, so just be mindful with little hands or pets around. But overall, it's easy to use, puts on a really nice flame, and keeps everyone comfortable. We've already used it just sitting around the fire, watching tv and making smores. 10/10 Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not cold enough to use where I'm at. But I'm excited for when the time comes. Comes with instructions and set up seems easy enough. It's not too heavy so easy for me to move around depending on where I want it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Halloween, our heater was the hero! It was cold and raining all evening- light, sharp, annoying rain- the trick or treaters were miserable. We sat outside, with this heater on, and boy did they linger! We brought it off the porch, onto our driveway and back with just one person. It was so nice being able to enjoy the heat feature under our porch roof, but also turn on the fire and get some light when we sat outside on the driveway!! This is a huge game changer for us. We love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gas heater provides strong and consistent warmth, making it ideal for cold weather. It heats up quickly and is efficient, helping to reduce energy costs. The build quality feels solid, and the safety features give peace of mind during use. Overall, it's a reliable and convenient heating option for homes that use gas.
