This has to be one of the best products shark ninja has ever made. I own a lot of their products and have to say this is by far my favorite.. We have an outdoor covered patio, we’ve tried many different heaters for the area. This one works the best warms the entire patio not just the seating area in front of it. The radiant heat is superior to any other system, and the open flame provides the perfect ambience and warmth as needed not to mention the aesthetics of the unit itself.

This firepit/heater is awesome. don't let the higher price steer you away from purchasing. the heater and the blaze are both incredible and the height is perfect when sitting. And so easy to get it setup is so much more of a plus. Is mobile also so it is not hard to move from one area to another Vey glad we purchased this and will use it a good bit for rest of the season

Unlike many other similar products, which I find to often look kind of tacky, this one looks really nice and luxurious, both when in use and when not in use! The heater and fire pit work great. The heater can throw out some good heat and the fire pit is nice. It does eat up a lot of propane depending on how high you have the heat cranking out. The only things I wish they offered is some sort of heat shield reflector you could put on if you don't have people sitting on all sides so that you aren't just heating empty space. Also the fire rocks are boring. It would be nice if they sold decorative glass or something like that.

Heater doesn't stay lit no matter what I do. I can hold the ignition for 10 seconds or 10 minutes. It's only a few months old. Spent a lot of money on this.

Wow! This thing pumps out heat! I had had may fire tables and I had never felt this much heat. The side burner makes all the difference. Not the most elegant looking device but I love it.

Love this . It's manageable as a 50 year old woman I could store in my basement and bring to my patio by myself. It is easy to light. Looks attractive and comes with a cover. Hope we have many evenings of warmth with it.
