The 360° heat really keeps everyone warm without any of that smoky smell or mess you get from a regular fire pit. I like that you can use it with just the flame for ambiance or turn on the heat when it gets chilly. It lights fast, stays clean, and looks super sleek on the patio. Totally worth it for cozy nights outside!

It basically already came set up. It gives off a lot of heat and it’s perfect for nights. It is very large, but it’s a perfect outdoor heater/ fire pit for a group of people! Keeps you insanely warm. We are obsessed with our ninja fire side 360! It’s super easy to use and to set up, it’s weather resistant, includes a cover, has smokeless flame and the flames are instant. We will be using this all the time!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took about 10 minutes to completely set up and get heat. Had a good 360 reach for about a foot, then maintains the heat for about 2 feet away. The flame is easy to adjust and I've included a video of it at the lowest setting going to the highest setting. We had to borrow a propane tank to use it, but will soon get our own. Nice for chilly fall nights, but I don't think it'll hold its own well once winter hits here in WI- I'll save it for fall or spring, maybe the odd cold summer night. It looks sleek on my porch, thankfully fully hiding the ugly tank from view. I just wiped it down once it was fully cooled down and it came clean very easily. I don't think I would have purchased this with my own money, but it was nice to review and will keep me cozy while waiting for the dogs to do their business.

The setup was super easy and just required putting in a battery that comes with it (for the starter) and then you buy a propane tank separately. Once you got it hooked up, you’re good to go. It was fairly lightweight and can be moved around by yourself or the help of one person. It took less than a minute for the sides of the heater to become red and radiate heat all around in 360°.

Easy to set up and easy to use. It definitely throws out some heat. It's definitely ideal for having little ones instead of an open flame. I love it. im so happy.
