As others have mentioned this product is prone to what appears to be a thermocouple issue. Given that its been reported several times I would posit that its a design issue that NINJA needs to rectify. Unlike others we did get about 8-10 uses out of the product before it went kaput. Still ridiculous for a product that cost nearly $500. Will be returning to Sam's.

Heater doesn't stay lit no matter what I do. I can hold the ignition for 10 seconds or 10 minutes. It's only a few months old. Spent a lot of money on this.

This has to be one of the best products shark ninja has ever made. I own a lot of their products and have to say this is by far my favorite.. We have an outdoor covered patio, we’ve tried many different heaters for the area. This one works the best warms the entire patio not just the seating area in front of it. The radiant heat is superior to any other system, and the open flame provides the perfect ambience and warmth as needed not to mention the aesthetics of the unit itself.
