I tried the Omega-3 Fish Oil capsules because research suggests how great Omega-3 fatty acids are for the heart. I exercise regularly to keep my heart in shape by walking bricking, doing aerobics, and dancing. I added the Omega-3 Fish Oil capsules to my diet which consists of fruit, veggies, grains, and lean meats. I don’t like fish too much so I thought these capsules could be the best way for me to get fish oil into my diet without having to eat salmon, trout, codfish…etc. The capsules are easy to swallow. I took mine with meals because when I took them on their own, I could taste fish from the capsules repeating on me. Even with meals, I could still taste fish when the capsules repeated on me. I am not keen on that fact but I do highly recommend these capsules if you want to take Omega-3’s for your health. Maybe they won’t repeat on you as everyone is different. I might just take them anyway because sometimes the health benefits of something outweigh those little annoyances.

I recently tried the Omega 3 Fish Oil from Sports Research and am very satisfied with this product. The fish oil is in soft gel form making it easy to take. I like that the ingredients are simple and there aren’t any additives to it. The fish oil is great quality and from a brand I trust. I love that the scent isn’t overpowering and undetectable after taking. I would definitely recommend these!

These Omega 3 fish oil gel capsules are quite good so far. I like that they come in easy-to-swallow gel capsules, and don't leave a horrible aftertaste like some other fish oil supplements. I am hopeful that with continued use, I will start noticing some positive health benefits from this fish oil, but so far nothing has been too noticeable.

I like how this fish oil doesn't have an aftertaste like others do. The pill is a bit large, so I suggest taking it by itself if you take any others, it would be hard to get down if you have other pills to take at the same time. But, all in all, this is a great thing to take for your health.

I was an early adaptor to taking Omega 3 supplements for heart health because of my involvement in clinical trials of the supplement at the National Institutes of Health. I said that just to say that I know the health benefits of Omega 3 and 6 have been scientifically proven. This supplement is easy to take and doesn't leave a fishy aftertaste, like some do. This is the first time I’ve got anything from Sports Research and I was surprised by the size. I get choked very easily because my esophagus is narrow so I have got choked some. I really can’t tell a lot of difference . There’s no fishy smell when you open the bottle but can cause fishy taste. I am having surgery in a couple of weeks so I have to stop them for now.
