I'm always on the lookout for multivitamins and/or fish oil to help give my body the nutrients it needs that I might not be getting from my daily diet. While I can't tell you yet if these Fish Oil pills are "working" as I'm not a doctor (and my next bloodwork appointment isn't until next month), I CAN tell you that I am so far very satisfied with this particular brand. One of the biggest annoyances for me when taking fish oil in the past is the smell. These have almost NO smell whatsoever. Not even any weird aftertaste if they happen to sit on your tongue for too long before swallowing. I definitely think I'll be sticking with these going forward.

These Omega 3 Fish Oil pills really help my body. They really help keep my cholesterol in check. I am a person who is really not a fish person. I love catching them but not a fan of eating them. This is the next best thing for me. Been taking them for a little bit but can't wait to see what these do long term. If you hate eating fish, give these a try. These omega 3 fish oil vitamins are an awesome product. I take 2 of these each morning to help me maintain focus and moods and they don't leave a fishy aftertaste either like most fish oil products. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who wants a genuine great fish oil product.

I guess the question one would ask is, "Do I need triple-strength Omega-3 Fish Oil?" No idea, probably something to ask one's own doctor for personal health concerns. Generally speaking 3 grams (3000 milligrams) daily is considered safe so this specific triple strength is well under that measurement. How well this specific product works as for as reducing triglycerides is to be determine (Dec is my yearly check up). But I do check my blood pressure regularly at home and it's solidly in the normal range and always have been. But we are always looking for that etra edge. As for as typical side effects fishy tast, breath, upset stomach, nausea, I have not experience any of those negative effects. I will note these pills/capsules are fairly large. But, the gel capsule is easy to swallow.

Easy to take even the gel pill is kinda large. No aftertaste whatsoever. I've experienced no upset stomach as I have in the past with a product like this. I feel it is helping my digestion as which helps manage my weight. It's also gluten free which is good and you only have to take one capsule a day instead of the usual 2-3. Made with Alaska pollack fish and has the highest recommended mg in fish oil and omega-3's. I will purchase and I do recommend.

I really like those soft gell omega 3 capsule , they are really easy to take even if they are pretty big and there I no bad after taste which I happy about. I also cut open the capsule and give some to my son and he likes it and so far this is the only brand that he agrees with and takes ot without any fuss. I really recommend it if you are looking for a good quality omega 3 fish oil this is the best in my opinion
