The pills themselves are a little large but they go down easily with a sip of water. Because of the high amount of the Omega 3's, you only need to take one of these per day. They are made from Alaskan pollock. These are definitely a product that I will buy again in the future.

Sports Research Triple Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil is a quality product that only needs to be taken once a day, preferably with food . One softgel equals three standard-sized fish oil softgels. Because of that, they are larger and more difficult for me to swallow. There was no smell when I opened the bottle, nor did they create a bad taste in my mouth. I didn’t have a problem with stomach upset or burping, which is good. Each softgel contains 1250 mg of wild Alaska pollock fish oil concentrate and a total of 1040 mg of omega-3 fatty acid. If you do not have a problem swallowing large capsules, then I do recommend them for their health benefits and the fact that it’s a once-a-day dose.

The packaging was a plastic bag with no box for the bottle. It was easy to open. The taste was not to bad there was no after taste. I have no complaints so far taking these vitamins and my children didn’t have a complaint either. I think it is a good product and should be recommended.
