These omega-3 fish oil capsules is amazing. After using this for more than 2 weeks I can definitely feel a different in my body. My blood work event came back better and no cholesterol like before . The capsules is easy to swallow and doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth. This is a great brand and I’ll continue to use this product in my daily routine.

I’ve been using this product for over 3 weeks now and I’m feeling better. I lift weights and play hockey and I’m 50 years old so my joints would ache. Since using omega 3 fish oil I’ve noticed improvements in my joints on a day to day basis. I don’t feel the need to take time off anymore from my activities to rest my joints.

This is the best omega 3 brand I have been taking it for a little while now and I have noticed the differerence, . No side effects whatsoever so far, no strange fish smell. I can say is that I’ve not been sick at all, or had even a slight cold since I've started taking this.

I got these to replace my current (500 mg fish oil and 360 mg omega 3) capsules that literally made me sick from the aftertaste. These pills have more fish oil (1250) and omega 3 ( 1040) and I don’t have embarrassing fishy burps after. The size of the gel caps are a little smaller than my previous supplement if you can believe that! More fish oil and no terrible aftertaste- well I can’t ask for much more but this company Sports Research went further to use sustainable wild caught fish for their supplements.

It took a little getting used to the aftertaste of the fish oil. Once I did, the results were much greater than the aftertaste. I found it helped me with inflammation, my arthritis and also helped with keeping regular. I have found I'm in less pain as a result.

I have been using Sports Research - Omega-3 Fish Oil for a little over a week now and while I cannot say with certainty that I feel a difference, I will still recommend this product as I am familiar with the brand and know their products are excellent. I will continue to use this and will probably begin to feel the difference in about another week or so.
