What’s nice about these you only have to take one and there is no aftertaste or burping fish. I had to take these for a little while before I went to my Root Cause specialist. As you can tell by the total one thing I was really excited about. Is that these fish oil pills unlike many other ones do not have a fishy smell or taste. These Sports Research Triple Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil Softgels are easy for me to swallow. There is no fishy after taste. I have tried many different fish oil supplements but this one is my favorite. It is sourced from Wild Alaska Pollock. It is in the triglyceride form which is great. I take one softgel daily with a meal. This is a great quality fish oil and I would definitely recommend it.

Let me start by saying I am new to the fish oil supplement arena. With that being said, these do not leave any fishy after taste, which was a fear of mine. On the negative side, if you have trouble swallowing pills be warned, these are about 1" long and 3/8" in diameter. They are huge pills. With that being said, swallow them with some food and because they are soft gels they go down easily.

The EPA & DHA strengths are much higher than the current brand I've been using from my local pharmacy. There's no after take nor stomach upset. The ingredients seem fresh and healthy and full of benefits. Although much pricier than my current brand I will be switching to the Sports Research brand. I highly recommend

These are a rather large soft gel and not easy for me to swallow. I have trouble with larger pills but I can get these down. These are triple strength. They don't have that awful fishy smell either. No smell or after taste. No fishy burps either. I really like they are made from sustainable  wild caught fish. That it important to me. I started taking these for heart health as well as the other health benefits they offer. I really feel this is a premium brand and I have no doubts about the quality of the product. I feel very comfortable knowing I'm getting exactly what they say. If you on the fence about a fish oil I highly recommend this.

This vitamin is easy to swallow. The coating doesn’t have any aftertaste at all; and the soft gel go down very easily. I’ve been taking them for two weeks and have not experience any stomach upset or problems. There’s Absolutely no fishy taste during or after taking it.
