So far I like this pill. It's a big large in size so I have to have a good drink on hand to swallow this pill (I often swallow pills without anything). The coating on this pill is slick which helps make it easier to swallow. Being fish oil, I haven't noticed any taste while taking the pill or any after taste.

These honestly did not make much of an effect on anything and i was sadly disappointed. It is a health supplement that i wanted to try for heart and lung health.
