These honestly did not make much of an effect on anything and i was sadly disappointed. It is a health supplement that i wanted to try for heart and lung health. It has a really odd smell that lingers and seems to even seep out pores in your body when you stop taking it. Perhaps this was too much of a supplement for me.

I am a big fan of Omega 3 for the various health benefits. I am so impressed with this supplement for various reasons. It's easy to swallow, no fish burps and it doesnt have unnecessary additives. I recommend this fish oil if you are looking to add it to your daily routine.

Got this and never tried before, so this is my first impression about this product. No smell, easy to disolve and i do not feel any fish taste after take this supplement. And the more important thing they made the gelatin from fish too! How exciting this supplement. I would recommend to my friends and family

Finally a fish oil supplement that doesn’t have a fishy aftertaste AND I only need to take ONE a day! Definitely worth it to have in your regimen! As a former athlete, I suffer from arthritis and with the high concentration of EPA and DHA, this supplement has helped me!

I don’t use these for the norma reason. I have a 13 year old dog who suffers from skin allergies. I’ve tried a lot of products for her; but this product has been great. We use these capsules on her food to try and relieve itchy, dry skin which results in a typical “old dog smell.” These have been amazing for her! She’s been much less itchy and compared to other fish oil capsules these have worked much better. We will be purchasing again!

I received this product recently and I am impressed in that it calls for taking only one capsule a day. Most of the fish oil products call for 3 a day. Fish oil is supposed to help the heart. The people whose primary diet is fish do not have heart problems. A nurse first suggested that I take this, saying when heart doctors take fish oil that is something to consider.

My husband has to take blood pressure medicine and has for over a year now. We asked our family doctor about different alternatives he could take to help with his blood pressure. I am one to have ingested fish oil on many occasions,but nothing like these softgels by Sports Research. There's no fishy aroma,nor taste of fish as most others give.
