I usually hate taking Omega 3 vitamins because they usually smell terrible and leave a weird taste in my mouth afterwards. The Sports Research Omega 3 vitamins didn’t leave any after taste in my mouth at all! They also didn’t have any scent either which makes it easier to take. The soft gels make them easy to swallow and I didn’t feel like I had to choke it down.

I came across these triple strength omega-3 fish oil vitamins what caught my eye was the triple strength where this bottle had 1250mg of total fish oil and 1040mg of total omega 3s, and i like the fact that on this one you take one capsule a day instead of 2 and sometimes 3 a day but these are triple strength so 1 a day is all you need i usually take mine with breakfast. I will be buying these again and start using them daily in the furture.

This product is well made! I've taken quite a few different brands of Omega 3 fish oil and this is the only one that randomly didn't come back to haunt me hours later. I have now been taking this for 2 months and it has not happened once. The capsules are not big and go down easy, and one capsule is all that is needed for your full daily amount.

I takenthis supplement on a regular basis as it promotes good cardiovascular function as well as good vision and brain function. You need to be careful of dosage specialy if taking blood thinner. I was impressed with this brand as exceeds EPaa and DHA 0l7s uses wild caught Alaskan, cold water pollock which is supposed to be healthier. I take 1 tablet a day about 1000 mg

Wow, I absolutely love taking these Omega-3 fish oil soft gels! I only have to take one opposed to three standard fish oil soft gels! The fact that they are sustainable wild caught from cold water, wild caught Alaskan Pollock and gluten-free makes these even better in my eyes! These are extremely effective!

I got this product a few weeks ago and I am happy I did. I am not a big fish eater and wanted a product to improve my heart health. These fatty acids lowered my triglycerides and blood pressure from my last Drs. Checkup. These tablets were easy to take and had no fishy aftertaste.

I've been taking this for about a month now, I notice nothing different. Not sure if I need to take longer but so far nothing. There is no fish aftertaste, no fish burps, nothing fishy at all. The gel caps are very large, so if you have issues swallowing keep that in mind.
