I have been taking these daily since I got them. These pills are pretty big but the outside is smooth so goes easily down with water. I take it in the afternoon after lunch. I don't get any fishy aftertaste in my throat. I was worried about that when I started taking them, also no fish sleep when you open the bottle. I like the potential benefits of taking an Omega-3. I'm almost 40 so these last handful of years I've been really taking care of myself both mentally and physically. I think everyone should work taking a Omega -3 daily.

I always knew about the fish oil benefits so I went with this brand to try it. I wanted to use it mainly for its skin benefits and just WOW. I can already tell a difference from just a week of taking 1 pill at night. My psoriasis has gotten drastically better compared to pre fish oil. Also my acne has gotten better. This was my first experience with fish oil supplements. Like with any supplement, it’s hard to say specifically if this product had any noticeable effect after 1 month of use, but there were no negative effects. I didn’t smell like fish when I sweat and there was no fishy after taste.

Easy to to take fish oil. It doesn't smell fishy and I take as a daily supplement. I feel good and take it as a requirement per my doctor. The important thing about the vitamins is that it is easy to swallow and no smell compared to other ones. Great daily supplement.

Super pleased with this fish oil! Each individual pill has 690mg EPA and 260 DHA, and the capsule is actually smaller than any other I've taken. The fish (identified right on the bottle) is wild-caught Alaska pollock. The pills are easy to swallow, and did not give me any fish burps or stomachaches. I use fish oil to help manage depression, and it's honestly a relief that this product exist and that this company were able to take the headache and guesswork out of vetting their product.

Fishy aftertaste is the biggest concern for me when it comes to taking Fish Oil. This one has no aftertaste and isn’t causing any stomach upset. The quality and quantity are both nice for a bottle this size. I like that a dose is only one capsule a day which is a little larger but I don’t have issues with larger pills.
