I'm obsessed with this brand. This omega-3 is triple strength, IFOS 5 star certified, and comes from sustainable wild-caught fish. I am so glad I found a brand I trust. I feel that taking omega 3's have helped with my skin (making it more plump and hydrated) and with reducing inflammation. Highly recommend.

Large pills usually make me a little uncomfortable as they are harder to digest/get down but these things are different! The gel coating on them makes them super easy to swallow and does not leave a weird fishy aftertaste. The pill itself seems to be promoting better growth for my nails since taking them. Great packaging and branding!

I've tried many different kinds of fish pills supplements in the past, so I can say with complete confidence that this brand is top tier! Doesn't upset my stomach, like a few others I have tried. Doesn't make you gassy, or cause you to burp a whole bunch. I also love that it doesn't give you fish breath!

My only real issue with these soft gels is the sheer size. They are quite large, but still tolerable. As a related side note (though not exclusive to this) I would love if someone could manage to get rid of the fishy aftermath with Omega 3s, but as that's an issue with all supplements in this category, I'd still give these a solid review.

I bought this a month ago and I am so happy that I did because the last brand that I had, had a very fishy taste to them after swallowing. With these ones they do not bother me and I do not taste any after flavor! I will definitely be purchasing again!

Fish oil has always been difficult for me due to having acid reflux at times. This was one of the few products that has not been an issue for me. It also does not have the bad fish-taste when you take it or when you burp (yes, that can be a thing). The pills are pretty big so you have to be ready for that. The once-a-day is the way to go. Some of the others ones that call for multiple times a day make it difficult to remember. It's hard to see the benefits thus far bodily but as far as the actual product it has been pretty good.
