so far I tried a couple of things from this brand . enough to say they are going in the right direction with the supplements. they are a little on the big side but hey its the quality that counts. the plus side is they are burp less. if you are looking for a new fish oil supplement I suggest you try these.

The Sports Research - Omega-3 Fish Oil does not have a fishy taste or even after taste. I gave it high marks because I do really need this in my diet and it seems to be doing the trick. These fish oil capsules are a typical size and easy to swallow with a drink of water. I haven’t had any aftertaste or fishy burps like with other brands. I even had my husband try them because he’s picky and he liked them as well. Such an easy way to get omega 3s.
