I’ve been taking the Omega 3 fish oil daily for 2 weeks. I haven’t noticed any benefits or adverse effects. The capsule is pretty large to me, but able to be swallowed, nonetheless. I’m looking forward to the next 2 weeks as it gets in my system more. I would recommend as it stands today. I am hopeful to see a positive difference

I always knew about the fish oil benefits so I went with this brand to try it. I wanted to use it mainly for its skin benefits and just WOW. I can already tell a difference from just a week of taking 1 pill at night. My psoriasis has gotten drastically better compared to pre fish oil. Also my acne has gotten better. There are so many other benefits but I recommend 100%

Great supplement, with safe ingredients. Comes with a large quantity in the bottle, seems like it will last a while with taking once-twice daily. Let alone the benefits that come along with taking the fish oil daily . Like that there is very minimal smell/taste.

I got my Omega-3 Fish Oil a few days I haven't taken them long enough to get the benefits. I've heard Omega-3 Fish Oil has great benefits I recommend these it doesn't have an after taste and it doesn't smell. I've been taking them for a couple of days I like them so far.

Husband and I both started taking these capsules recently for general health reasons. I've taken fish oil in the past, and it has always upset my stomach and caused me to burp all day. I like these because they don't smell awful when you open the package, but even better yet- they don't upset your stomach or cause indigestion problems.

I had taken several brands of Omega 3s to help with my joint issues. The one thing that really turned me off was burping fish for the rest of the day. That's when I tried Sports Research Omega 3s. You get the benefits of Omega-3s for your joint health, but you don't have that fishy taste for the rest of your day. I love them.
