This is a great daily pill to take. One thing that I love is that it is a triple strength pill. I get three times the amount that I would in a normal fish oil pill. It also has a short list of ingredients which makes me feel better about consuming it.

Ive been taking fish oil pills for a while not to help me with my morning stiffness and inflammation. Usually they taste just like the name and smell even worse. Most times the pills have helped a little but not to the level I was expecting. This product, however, truly checks all the boxes and has impressed me with how well they work. I'm not a huge fan of seafood, but following a nutritionist visit, I was told I need to up my omega 3s intake. I've forced myself to bring salmon into my meal rotation, but it's not ideal, so getting a similar effect in capsule form has been great. I've taken other fish oil capsules in the past, but many of them have had a not-so-pleasant taste to them. Sports Research capsules do not have a taste to them at all, so they are easier to take. The only thing is the capsules are slightly larger than some of the others I've taken. It doesn't bother me, and I can just wash it down with water, but it may bother someone who has trouble swallowing larger capsules.

I received my Sports Research triple strength Omega-3 fish oil with 1250mg total fish oil and 1040mg total omegas 3s 90 softgels tablets! My joints hurt especially my knees! I can feel they hurt less and feel more flexible! This has so many different nutrients that are going for you and your body!

I have been taking these and it has been going well. They don’t have a strong fishy taste to them which is a plus. I don’t eat a lot of fish because I don’t like the taste, so this is giving me the benefits that I need without having to eat the fish.
