Over the years I have taken many brands of Fish Oil, and this is one of my top choices as it contains high levels of EPA and DHA that I need. Very easy to swallow and burpless.

I always buy some cheap fish oil and it's added to my vitamins and my pills in the morning. It's always cheap and I never pay attention to it. The one with omegas is actually a game changer. I feel better if that makes sense
