I received this as a gift after complaining about my joints inflamation. I have been taking for a bit now and am finding less joint pain, not to mention all the other health benefits. Does not leave a fishy taste and is a managable size.

Omega 3s do wonders for my skin! Big but they go down easy. This fish oil doesn't any odd taste or after smell. Easy to swallow; it seems help with my dry eyes issue as well.

I like using this brand because I don't taste it again in about 30-45 minutes. Hopefully, it is helping to "oil" my joints so I don't have problems later, but that is yet to be determined. No issues taking it.

I like the contents of this pill. It's a bit big but you only need one. It says to take with food, but I've taken it with just a cracker and been fine... also took it some time after eating and was fine. Seems like a quality product. No fishy burps.

I have only had bottle for a month so hard to show signs of change. But I will say, no burping fish taste or smell, which is always a concern with this type of product for me

I have to admit, that I do not take these daily. I take other meds so I sometime forget to take them. I am going to try to consistently use them daily to see how I feel. I will report back. From what I have read, they should help.

The triple refinement process really makes a difference. It wasn’t fishy in any way. Easy to swallow triple strength soft gel - however they also have a vegan alternative that I also very much enjoy. Great product!
