Very convenient! Has a decent amount of probiotics that looks to be safe for little ones! You can mix it in food or drinks which makes a very versatile. I believe this is going to be a wonderful addition to my children’s Daily regimen!

I bought these for my 16 month old and 4 year old. This caused the WORST blow outs and diarrhea I have ever seen… idk if my kids were sensitive to it or what…

Right now , i am writing this review based on the packaging. Overall the product packaging is attractive , and i loved the idea of single packs. I cannot pronouce myself on the quality yet as my kids just started taking it, I can give you an update after using for a month. So excited to see how my kids react to it and the goodness in their little bodies.

These packets are cute and small, easy to transport, but I have not been entirely happy with them. Gave to my little one and noticed she was having tummy problems, gas and discomfort. She’s two and just seemed very unhappy after having one packet mixed in her drink. These are for ages 1 and up. So I decided to try one myself. A few hours later, I felt the same way. Gassy, miserable, acid reflux and even really hot. I couldn’t figure out what was different until I remembered I had that little packet. Later that evening it did help me go to the bathroom ( and same for her), which I normally have trouble with. So they DO work, but at the cost of feeling miserable earlier in the day. I think I will probably only use these in desperate times on myself and not with my little one anymore.
