These packets are cute and small, easy to transport, but I have not been entirely happy with them. Gave to my little one and noticed she was having tummy problems, gas and discomfort. She’s two and just seemed very unhappy after having one packet mixed in her drink. These are for ages 1 and up. So I decided to try one myself. A few hours later, I felt the same way. Gassy, miserable, acid reflux and even really hot. I couldn’t figure out what was different until I remembered I had that little packet. Later that evening it did help me go to the bathroom ( and same for her), which I normally have trouble with. So they DO work, but at the cost of feeling miserable earlier in the day. I think I will probably only use these in desperate times on myself and not with my little one anymore.

I have started to provide my grandbaby this probiotic mix. I mix in her juice or milk and it appears she didn’t notice. I like the packaging of individual packs which makes it easy to handle and pour.

Great product seems to help keep our 1 year old regular as sometimes constipation can be an issue with newly introduced foods. Doesn’t seem to have a flavor or change the texture of her milk in any way. Will repurchase.
