Super easy to make (I used the oven, 22 minutes at 400° but you can use an air fryer too) and they come out tender and tasty. I feel confident in the brand having clean ingredients and being a healthier alternative to going out and getting chicken nuggets. I chopped up a few pieces of chicken and added it to a bowl with some cottage cheese, sweet potato, avocado, and tomatoes, with a a drizzle of hot honey (recipe inspo from TikTok) and it was delicious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chicken nuggets were pretty quick to heat up! If using the air fryer, it takes about 12-14 minutes! They do get a crispy breading! Over all they smell really good but they seem to be missing flavor. The nuggets tasted a bit bland to me. I did eat them with in ketchup as well and they tasted better that way to me! Overall, they were crispy yet soft enough to eat easily! The sizes of the nuggets vary but they are overall a decent size!

Unfortunately, I was not a fan. The breading had a very odd texture and the chicken was moist but fibrous. I love that it’s a healthier and convenient alternative for those watching what they eat and want to get extra protein in, so I did give it 3 stars. Taste is subjective, but these just were not it for me.
