I use them from my air fryer and I love them in my individual servings of chicken parmigiana on a bed of zero net carb pasta.

She has tried these real good lightly breaded chicken nuggets and loves that they contain a lot of protein per serving. They do get nice and crispy in the air fryer however they are a little rubbery when you chew them. We like that the package has a zip up design so that we can put them back in the freezer and only take out the amount that we need each time.
