It is gluten free, which is a plus, but the texture of the breading is quite fine and crumbly. My least favorite part about these nuggets are the sizes. They are very inconsistent and irregular. Some of them are in tender size. A lot of them are in popcorn size.

As a busy mom of 3 littles who are picky - it’s not easy finding something easy and nutritious that they enjoy. My kids and my husband and I loved these. I’ve had Real Good foods before, but these Lightly Breaded Chicken Nuggets are some of my favorites from this brand. The bag easily fed my family in about 25 minutes including preheating the oven. The chicken tasted non-artificial and there were no signs of freezer burn. I liked the packaging because it’s resealable and eye catching. The instructions are easy to follow. The nutritional benefits are nice too! 23g protein and 3g net carbs - very nice!

But I have had them before and they’re delicious, definitely my go to, made with great ingredients and easy to cook. The texture is great better than any other frozen chicken nuggets that I’ve tasted before, lightly breaded to perfection, well seasoned, definitely recommend.
