[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our families first time trying any product by Real Good Foods. When first trying to open the bag of Real Good Food Frozen Chicken Nuggets it didn’t want to open after the top ripped off. This may or may not have been my own fault so I did use the scissors to open the bag. Then poured the bag of frozen chicken nuggets onto a pan. It was a good bit of breading in the bag along with the nuggets. I was rather disappointment it wasn’t a few more nuggets in the bag. They did range in different sizes of nuggets. This makes it where you have to adjust your cooking time so you aren’t burning some while under cooking the others on the pan. These weren’t bad but not great either, the flavor was a bit off for me and a kind of weird texture to them, probably better than some of the frozen chicken nuggets on the market. However I wouldn’t personally purchase them again.

I air fried them and they cooked up well. Texture was fine. My husband loved the protein and carb numbers and found them to be great for his lunches. We will purchase again.

They are across between Chick-fil-A nuggets and KFC chicken.. I cook them in the air fryer under 400° for 10 minutes and they came out perfect highly recommend.! Please never get rid of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gotta say I was surprised how good these were. We’ve all had frozen nuggets that were not great quality. These are not those! These were tasty, air fried came out crispy. I like that they didn’t have a ton of breading so they are in line with my lower carb goals. A little in the expensive side at Albertsons but I think worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Real Good Foods Low Carb Lightly Breaded Chicken Nuggets are a good choice for those wanting a low-carb, high-protein chicken nugget. They cook up crispy and satisfying, especially in an air fryer. While not identical to fast-food versions, they're a tasty and convenient healthier alternative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a healthier option chicken nuggets for your family. It has a thin, light, crisp batter that, upon broiling for 2 minutes after baking for 17, is so yummy! It packs a lot of protein and has very little carbs, so enjoy without guilt! My only annoyance with these is that they are large pieces that I have to cut up for my kids. I'll deal with it to be a little healthier though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Real Food Gluten Free Lightly Breaded Chicken Nuggets are PERFECTION!!! Great flavor, slightly flakey crust and perfectly breaded. The chicken to breading ratio is spot on and the nuggets are all around the same decent size in a bag. These are some of, if not the most high quality chicken nuggets I have ever eaten, period. 1000/10 recommend

I was excited to try these and expected them to be just as good as the strips. I was right, these are delicious and if you are on a weight-loss journey, they are lower carb than some of the other Chicken nuggets on the market.
