When the air-fryer is used for about 8-10 minutes straight from the freezer, they are super crispy and the flavor is fantastic. The chicken remains juicy. The ingredients are natural and flavorful. It’s great to taste the chicken with just a hint of breading flavor. You don’t feel guilty about having chicken nuggets with these. Just remove the bag from the freezer, unzip, and put it in the air fryer! This product was received in exchange for an honest review, but I have been a customer of this product for over a year!

I like mine a little more on the crispier side so I left them in a tad bit longer in the air fryer. As far as the taste goes, they’re not bad at all, I appreciate that you can tell you’re eating chicken, not just the breading. I did find them to not be salted/a bit flavorless, so I added a little salt and dipped them in some sauce and it was perfect.

The gluten free, grain free strips are packaged in a resealable bag and have no added hormones per the packaging. The strips taste like fried chicken. I needed a little salt. The cooking instructions recommend 14-18 in air fryer or oven. No microwave heating instructions on bag. I recommend longer cooking time for them to be crispy and cooked thoroughly. There was a slightly greasy residue on the parchment paper after cooking. There were many more nugget size pieces of chicken than strips in the bag. Per the packaging there are 23g of protein, 3g net carbs and are 130 calories. Breaded with chickpea flour and other spices. I’d say it’s worth a try.

I will definitely purchase them again because my younger brother loved them. They feel crunchy and it is easy to tell that the ingredients are fresh. My youngest son has blood sugar problems, and these do not spike his glucose then causing a crash due to the low-carb high protein content after being gluten-free for many years, it was so great to find a breaded chicken product.
