It was very heavily breaded and the chicken is very small inside. It happened to more than half of the bag not just 1 piece. So it was quite disappointed. However the taste was good just too heavily breaded.

The only thing I wanted a little more of was flavor on the bread...but since it is low carb ill understand. I added pickles for flavor. I will add this to my shopping list. Real Good Foods Low Carb Lightly Breaded Chicken Nuggets are wonderful because they definitely are more chicken than breading, unlike most chicken nuggets out there. I put them in my air fryer and they heat up quickly and perfectly. I like to eat them with an sugar free apricot barbecue sauce.

The taste of the breading is also very interesting and strange. We followed the cooking instructions to a T and were still disappointed. I think the chicken itself was decent, you could tell the inside was good quality but it was on the drier side.
