Like others, I was drawn in by the healthy ingredients and high protein. Was hoping for a good swap to less healthy options in the chicken nugget arena. Well, the only swap here is taste. I don't know if it's the added cheese to up the protein, or whatever kind of ingredients in the crust, but these are almost inedible. Tastes nothing like real chicken (very little of it too compared to the breading), and you'd be better off grilling actual chicken breast with seasonings and ditching these altogether. After tasting one, I fed the whole rest bag to my dogs.

The batter was just enough The price on them was not bad. The packaging was perfect is sealed right back for unused portions. I love the fact that it's slow carb It was very easily to handle when preparing the meal you can add it to anything or eat it by itself. I would highly recommend buying this.

These chicken bites are disgusting and completely inedible. My usual brand was sold out so I decided to try these. I knew something was wrong as soon as I opened the bag and smelled the product. Not only did it smell weird but the bites look nothing like the product photos used on the packaging. I decided to give them a chance and cooked a dozen pieces. The breading has the texture and appearance of wet sand. Much of it slid off the chicken while they baked. The bites tasted as terrible as they smelled. The meat was disgusting. It had an odd texture with what appeared to be strings of fat. I will be returning the rest of the bag for a refund. To make matters worse, the terrible smell spread through my first floor, then lingered for hours.

I was surprised by the taste of the chicken, usually I don't like chicken chunk type chicken due to the fact that it ends up chewy and not tender but this product the chicken is tender. I have used chickpea flour as a coating before for homemade nuggets so I am used to the taste so it didn't bother me like some mentioned. Also, hubby doesn't usually eat too healthy and I didn't tell him what he was eating and he was pleased with them. He said next time maybe a dip on the side would add to the flavor. I would purchase these again instead of trying to make something similar. Also, the price wasn't bad and a few chunks filled me up.

I love the ingredient list and will definitely buy these again. I love Real Good Foods company. Definitely try if you're eating a bit healthier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had low expectations for frozen, bagged chicken nuggets. I am so happy to be proven wrong! Crispy, crunchy, great seasoning, I was blown away. I cannot stand frozen “processed” food, so I did not believe the hype. I am Now a believer, and these are in the weekly rotation, especially for a quick lunch, as I work from home. They were perfect after 13 minutes in the air fryer at 400 degrees. Truly good enough as a standalone main meat with a veggie. 6 nuggets were a serving, at only 180 calories for 23g of protein! The sodium and cholesterol were a little high, but worth it!

These 3-pound bags of RGF Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks are perfect if you are going to a potluck, having guests over (great dinner or snack item), or, if you are like me, are a boy mom! They tasted amazing and my guests couldn't stop eating them. They are also quick and easy to pop into the air fryer for my kids. They are generously packed with a whopping 23 grams of protein! There are no seed oils either. The RGF Chefs deserve an award for this creation! These are one of the staples that I buy at Sam's Club!

They're not ultra crispy like a classic fast-food nugget, but they have enough crunch that they feel satisfying. The seasoning isn't super bold — it's more mild — so they're great with sauce (I prefer ranch or BBQ)

Usually frozen nuggets are not very juicy, and the breading gets strange, but this breading was extremely crispy in the air fryer. Add some ranch or honey mustard and you are good to go!

These might be a healthier alternative, but the breading is not good, to me. I tried using these to toss in hot sauce, but a lot of the breading falls off of them and it doesn't really get crispy in an air fryer, without thinking you are going to burn them or dry them out. It also has a gritty texture when you are eating them. The chicken itself seems fine, but the breading definitely needs work! I will not be buying these again.
