I was very disappointed in this product. My family loves Just Bare chicken products, but I wanted to give this a try. I prepared it in the air fryer according to package directions for my grandkids, who are great chicken nugget fans. They gave it a thumbs' down. The aroma while cooking was unpleasant. The resulting product was dark, dry, and the breading fell off. There was no fresh fried chicken taste--just an odd chemical flavor that was unpleasant. I also tried preparing in the oven, but the cooking method made no difference. I will not buy again.

There was a lot of very small pieces which I thought would be mostly breading but ended surprisingly still beiing little bites of chicken . As long as you don't cook the super small ones for for as long as it calls for on the bag they still come out quite tasty . The larger ones did take about the time it said . I used them to dress up my ramen and they did the job ! Would buy again .

I was so excited to buy this product because of the simple clean ingredients and the fact it was fried in tallow oil but me and my family were so disappointed after one bite, everything is wrong the texture, the spices, the chickpea crust, the smell! It was suppose to be a great product please try again and listen to the reviews.

Like many others, I also frequently buy the Just Bare green bag of chicken. I thought this would be like that one, but smaller bites. I couldn't be more wrong. The only taste is “fried”, and not even a good kind of fried. The “breading” falls apart, and baking it in the oven left a greasy mess on the aluminum foil. Seriously, it only tastes like whatever oil they used. No spices. No chicken flavor. Just deep fried oil. I don't know what I'm gonna do to get through the whole bag, but this 100% ain't it. Try a different product.

My mother-in-law raved about these so I grabbed a bag at Sam's when on sale. Absolutely hands down the worst chicken nuggets I've had. I'd rather have kids cuisine nuggets. Really, these are tough and chewy, the breading is greasy and falls off, and the aftertaste makes me nauseous. I also can't figure out why you'd fry chicken in beef tallow.

I normally buy the JustBare brand of nuggets but wanted to give these a try after enjoying other products from the Realgood line. They were not good. At all. The breading was almost powdery in texture. It did not stick to the chicken well. And the chicken was very tough. I would not purchase this again.

I like that they're lightly breaded. These chicken nuggets are just like homemade. They have the homemade flavor and texture. I like to cook them in the oven 400° for 25 minutes they crisp up to the right crispiness, I am going to I am going to tell my friends and family about this product and I will buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the amount of protein in these chicken bites. I baked them. It would not get crispy. I bet it would if you used an air fryer. It was very moist and juicy. It was just enough for my family with no leftovers. It had no aftertaste.

I got these instead of Bare because they were on sale, have a thin breading, and are cooked in beef tallow. as I've seen on reddit they do have a flavor like you'd think gas tastes like. inedible. tried 6 pieces he. the breading is really good, reminds me of fried chicken. but the meat itself is gross. going to return.
