I did my research before making my decision to go with GhostBed. Great customer service, prompt response to a few issues I had with my purchase. I suffer with chronic pain and I decided to go with the Flex mattress however I’m finding it a little firm. The shredded pillows are amazing will be purchasing another set. Overall My experience has been great hence my 5 star rating

We've been cycling through mattresses since 2018 trying to find the perfect one. Nothing has been perfect like this one. My husband and I both were having so much lower back, hip, and neck pain with our last mattress and we decided to really invest in our sleep with this one. 100% worth the price. We both fall asleep quickly, rest all night long, and don't wake up aching like before. We actually feel like we're in our 30s now. I'm a side/stomach sleeper, he's a stomach sleeper and we love this mattress. It's medium support and has also helped reduce snoring. When we make our next mattress purchase for our kids, it'll be with Ghost!

This is the best mattress I've had in my life. As comfortable as a full memory foam mattress, but feels more supportive with the wrapped coils. Highly recommend this mattress and I will never buy anything different. I'm a side and back sleeper-perfectly comfortable either way!

My fiancé likes firm mattresses and I’m on the softer side. He favors support and I favor comfort. I’m a side sleeper so the softer the mattress I seem to sink and it supports my side better and he’s a back/side sleeper and he favors firmness. We both love the bed. It is just enough support for him while still being soft and comfortable for me as a side sleeper. This was the best compromise we could have made. I was super skeptical about buying a mattress online but I’m stoked we did!

I liked this bed and was nice and thick and cooling, however…it was too soft. Coming from foam firm mattress, going to a hybrid was moving to softer side. But the pillow top was too much. We went with Venus Williams hybrid which isn’t as thick but it’s firmer. Happy with switch and company made it very easy and smooth to switch out. The level of customer service was excellent. My partner and I are trying to collect furniture for our home piece by piece because we live on a pretty tight budget. This is our second GhostBed because it is so difficult to find anything else that matches the quality for the price. Mattresses in a store can cost thousands of dollars, and you still have to buy a cover, sheets, comforter/duvet, and pillows. These expenses add up quickly. We have loved GhostBed because our mattress is delivered straight to our door, and we really like it for comfort and affordability. I will give 4/5 stars only because, we upgraded from the version that is now in our guest bedroom (just the memory foam mattress I believe), and although it was softer than the last one, we still ended up getting the mattress pad again because I do not think it is quite as soft as we were expecting based on their grading system. Takes a few months to wear in!

Before this mattress, if I did get a good night's sleep, my body ached terribly. Often forced to rise earlier than necessary to stretch. Just a week on this mattress & my usual aches & pains are melting. I wake well rested & even lounge a bit on weekends, enjoying the absolute comfort of this mattress.

We love our new bed! It got here very fast, sooner than expected and was very easy to open and put on our bed. We did have to let it air out a few days for the chemical smell but we knew that ahead of time from other reviews. It is sooooo comfortable to sleep on! It hugs you but still stays firm enough. We also got the ghost pillows which we ! We got the memory foam pillows as an additional purchase and I would not recommend those. They are stiff but do not give great support. Highly recommend Ghost bed for the comfort, quality and price!

This mattress is sooo comfy! My previous mattress was killing my back and legs but this has been a dream to sleep on! The only think I would have liked was for it to be a bit thicker. I’m use to a taller 17inch mattress so the lower thickness is a difference but it’s not impacting performance so I can deal with it.

This bed is exceptional. I wanted soft. My SO wanted firm. I was nervous that my hips were going to hurt like they've been in our current bed. GhostBed is a dream come true. After one year of deliberation we pulled the trigger. If you're on the fence, JUST GET IT! GhostBed was easy to order. 6 months no interest. Was delivered in 4 days. I've never had a better bed.
