We originally ordered a King size Luxe model mattress (2 twin XL mattresses) with motorized bases. My wife loves her mattress but I found it to be too soft. I arranged to exchange the Luxe with the Flex model. The exchange went fairly smoothly but there was some confusion regarding the value of each model but it got worked out after several emails and phone calls. I do like my Flex model mattress more but still getting used to it. We both really like the adjustable bases.

We researched these beds for a long time, probably going on 6 months. All I can say is just do it, you will not regret it. The flex hybrid was definitely more “sinky” than I thought, but my body loves it. The first weekend I fell asleep and woke up in the same position.

This is the first time I have purchased a new bed, and so far I am happy with it. I used to wake up every day with major back pain, and that stopped when I bought this bed. Movement transfer is minimal and it seems to be well made, although I have noticed that the corners seem to sag a bit. I bought a king size and all three of my children love it.

After reading many online reviews, I decided to give the GhostBed Flex a try. My back is sore every morning when I wake up and , unfortunately, the GhostBed did not solve my problem. This is the third expensive mattress I have tried in the last four months and the result in all cases has been the same. I have come to the conclusion that the mattress is not the problem. I find the mattress very comfortable until I get up in the morning. I believe it is an excellent product. The purchase, delivery and set-up all went well.

We've only had our adjustable frame and flex mattresses on our split king bed for a very short time. My sleep has long been complicated by sleep apnea and years of pain in the lumbar area of my back. Our new frame and mattress let me sleep better and wake up less than I can remember. It makes my days new opportunities to enjoy life.

Wasn't sure what to expect with purchasing a bed online. But Ghostbed has been great. The customer service is superb. On the website I read and researched each mattress, took the 'bed quiz' and chatted with a sales representative in the online chat, and decided on the Flex. It took a while to adjust, a few weeks, wasn't sure at first, but now I look forward to going to sleep and Thank God for my bed every night. I had a an Enso mattress before, and it was great and had served me well, but it was 12 yrs old and I was unable to find the exact one to replace it. So after lots of research on different sites I found Ghostbed... I loved the story of how Marc started the company and what he represented, and read the reviews....and decided to go with it. I wasn't sure what to expect with it being a hybrid coming in a vacuum packed box. But once it fully returned to normal it was better than I initially though it might be. The support it offers is a nice change. We previously had a way more expensive memory foam mattress that just lost it's support. Especially on the edge. The edges on this feel nice and solid. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that you do feel the springs a bit but not as much as a traditional mattress.

I’ve been stretching, going to the docs and everything, just to find out that with my first night sleeping on my new Ghost Bed mattress that it was my sleep that was the problem. I have not waken up mid sleep to switch positions in a while. If you roll over when you sleep or like a firm bed with the memory foam feeling, this is for you

Buying a bed for this couple was challenging as he is tall and thin, and I am tall and heavy with large hips. So we needed something that can support me, but also isn't hard as a rock for him. This bed seems to fit the bill. We are a couple months into owning it, and my issues are 1. My side seems to already be getting "soft" as far as support goes. 2. The pillows that came with the bed are great for side sleepers (me sometimes) but when I flip to my back my chin is suddenly jammed into my neck and I wake up with a sore neck. So I will probably be pillow shopping, and this is not the fault of Ghost Bed. Other than these two things we like the bed so far, the softness on my side does make me nervous for the longevity of the mattress.

So far I love this bed. (BTW I'm 65 and live alone. I was able to unpack the mattress and put the frame together by myself). Customer service was very helpful, too, as they graciously extended my trial period because my move was delayed. I love the fact I don't slide off the edge, as I did with my memory foam mattress. It's as described; great for side and back sleepers. I may get a foam topper, just because I do like some of the properties of memory foam. We'll see. I've recommended this bed to several other people.
