The PROS: great battery life, nice appearance, light, good sound quality (if you hold the ear buds in with your hands or a cap), good call sound quality. The CONS: ear buds won't stay put, twists off your neck during movement, limited feature set. Poor bluetooth range/connection. My biggest gripe is the ear buds WILL NOT stay put during regular activity like walking. Even the special "stabilizing wing ear gels" won't stay in place, in fact the ear bud has fallen out of the "ear gel" piece. Ear buds are poorly fitting. During basic movement like walking the ear buds move out of alignment making for poor sound or fall out frequently and the unit easily rotates out of position on your neck. The next issue is possibly just my NOTE 4, it's a widely known issue with many Samsung handsets (and others) that bluetooth connection will skip and glitch. My Jabra earpiece skips occasionally, but this LEVEL U audio skips more frequently. Side note. My fix for ear buds is a light cap over them, but when the weather warms up that won't happen.

The phone connection drops while driving which is so annoying. I have to switch it back via bluetooth menu. Most troublesome is that the neck piece is not aging well and is showing signs of breaking. I have to put tape at several locations to maintain a structural integrity. i cannot help it, you have to be able to take off and put back the device several time a day for normal usage. it does eventually break. For the price paid you would expect something that last at least a couple years instead of a couple months.

Nice sound, easy to use features, and value priced. My only negative point is the volume is not as loud as I like. I prefer mine louder while riding my HD. Still sounds fine, nice frequency response, seperation of sounds and very good lows and highs.

The sound is pretty good. Not the greatest. But the bass and clarity are great. The form factor is a home run. The around the neck portion is a mostly rigid but has a flexible joint which makes the fit great. The balance is nearly perfect and have yet come off of my neck unintentionally, which is perfect. The earbuds, when not in use, fall around the front of the neck and magnetically join. The app (for android) and the voice control are what really does it for me. The app works by essentially streaming all of the phone's sounds to the headset. Notifications can be set to simple (Announces what app is the notification) or detailed (reads the entire notification. Perfect for text messages) on a per app basis. They are verbal which is great.

I run heavy equipment in an very loud and dirty environment. My favorite feature is the silicon earbuds because they do not go in my ear but sit very secure on the outside. The volume and connectivity are spectacular. I use this Bluetooth everyday and still only have to charge it every other day.

horrible ear fit.keeps falling while sitting forget while doing exercises.tried the one with rubber extension grip,but no good either.sound quality is tolerable but when it doesn't fit into the ear,how can one listen to music anyway.needs a a lot better r&d

These headphones are great in that you can charge while you listen if the battery dies. The issue is that every one I have had, the left earpiece dies, as the audio fails. Also, if you have a paired APTx low latency device nearby, it will take precendence (even if not active) and you have to unplug it since there is no way to tell the headset to switch. Great sound, bass is about 75% there, overall pretty good. Cannot recommend since they die after about 3 months

I have had several of these types of Bluetooth headphones, but these take the cake. The low profile design make then more comfortable to wear. They also stay in place where others have twisted and I have to keep readjusting. The ear piece fits snug and the sound quality is great.

The sound quality on these headphones is outstanding. It has features that really makes them stand out. I love how I can control certain functions not only with the buttons on the device itself, but also with the magnetic ear buds! The app and its controls really set them apart from other headphones. Great job Samsung!

The Left Speaker lost its volume and is barley audible now. The earphones will randomly crackle and you also can't walk very far from your phone or tablet with these earphones or you will lose the connection. They are basically defective after only having them for 5 months.
