I have to say I was hesitant about the neckband style of headphone, but after using them I absolutely love this product. They are comfortable, lightweight and you almost forget you have them on. The magnets in the ear buds is a nice touch, it keeps them from swinging around or going behind your neck when you don't have them in your ears. The sound quality is really good. It's above par for anything in this price range. Pairing was effortless and all functions have worked perfectly. I will say as a guy with big hands and no fingernails, I'm not a fan of the little flap type cover for the charging port... but certainly only a minor issue. All in all, this is a great product... and wireless too... there are some other Chinese knockoffs in in the same price range, but I don't trust the quality or trying to get warranty service should you need it. These headphones seem very well built and are backed by a known company. Great value!

It's so easy to use. I don't have to tilt my head and hold my cell phone to talk, straining my neck. I can have the headphone pick up calls easily and it isn't heavy on my neck. I can listen to music with ease. Love how the ear buds have magnets and won't tangle. Would definitely recommend anyone to use the headphones! !! Thanks Samsung for this product!

Samsung new "Samsung Level U Wireless Headphones, Black Sapphire" is a great product. The color "Black Sapphire" gives it a premium look. Where the color is, its made out of a hard plastic, while the rest of it its made of some soft, rubber. The earbuds, connected to a almost 10 inch cord are really good. It also has a small rubber-band type that can be roller so the wires can stay firm. The sport earbuds are really great, they fit perfect in the ear, and no problem while working out. However, if you lose that pair, you need to buy new ones, there are not extra ones on the package. I noticed how easy it was paring with my Galaxy Note 5, but I also noticed how much noise was coming in from the outside. It was not that good with noise cancellation. Sound quality was good, in order to get good sound you needed both earbuds in. I noticed that with other units you would get really good quality with just one earbud in one ear, which is how most people use the products since they are on school or work. When you get some notifications you can feel a small vibration on the back of you neck, really cool. All in all, a great product, but needs minor improvements. If you want great audio and great noise cancellation, this is not the product.

Earbuds are coming out of my ear always. The design should have been better to fix all the ears. They should be smaller with different sizes of caps to fix everyone's ears. Bluetooth disconnects suddenly when you are on call or listening music for long time!

Lightweight, comfortable, you literally wont notice your wearing. I use the largest ear cup included with no issues of moving or falling out, they literally stay put. Great sound and quality. For the best experience be sure to download Samsung level app and tweak out the sound plus adds many other settings and features. I do notice my note 5 running 6.0.1 does lag a bit with the level app and milk music playing. Not sure which is causing this issue. Also theres an issue where using the level app and tweaking the bass up, my level u pro cant achieve max volume on both the level and the phone simultaneously without causing the levels to stop playing and immediately enter a state where it makes a buzzing or humming sound like when you turn a microphone up to loud. I have to turn down volume and restart level. Quite annoying for a loud music bass lover like me. I may have very well have gotten a bad level u pro or they just cant handle that type of input. Not sure. But overall I give the level u pros an A+. Well worth the money, love the experience overall, I do recommend

I was very excited to buy my first wireless earphones for working out. When I first got them, I downloaded the app and charged the thing all the way. I took them out for a test run. Connecting at first was pretty easy and I was listening to my tunes right away. About 20 minutes in, while jogging, the music started to pause. Automatically. I had to press the button again to restart playing the music. It kept going on and on. Eventually it started working again. A few minutes later, the music would stop, and a recording saying "Battery is almost full" (or something like that) would sound, and then the music would restart. This happened about 5 times in less than 10 minutes. I GOT IT, THE BATTERY IS FULL! At first I thought the battery may have run out and the thing was not working properly. The app said the battery was full, just like the recording said... Next, the thing started disconnecting its bluetooth connection with my Note 4. My phone would say again and again the device was disconnected, connected, disconnected. Worst jog ever.

I have been using this Samsung Level U Wireless Headphone for a week now. The Headphone is comfortable, easy to use and performance is good. The controls are within easy reach and sound quality is excellent. In my opinion, the only less-than-perfect feature is the 2 wires connecting the earbugs seem a little fragile and I think may snag and break off one day. Otherwise this is an excellent headphone.

Received these wireless headphones and they worked well for 3 months. I've used other wireless and these were easy to pair and had great sound quality when they worked. After 3 months of light usage, the left "arm" that arounds the neck is beginning to rip off where the plastic and rubber meet. To me, this is a design flaw and not the build quality I've come to expect from my Samsung products. That being said, they were great when they worked, but at this price point, I can't recommend anyone pick these up only to break a few weeks later.

The headset is taking a little bit for me to get used to. I have not had a pair designed like this. So far the sound quality is good. Phone calls are clear, music sounds great, and so far the stand by time is very good too. I had it on for about 2 days before recharging the battery.

I am a HUGE Samsung supporter! I love Samsung products no matter what it is. I was very surprised and disappointed when I purchased my Samsung Level U wireless headphones and I had to return them to the store because they hurt my ears. I found the in ear parts to be very uncomfortable and I had to return them to the store. I hope to one day support Samsung wireless headset again in the future.
