I used to have the Gear Circle SM-R130, those were EXCELLENT! Great range, excellent quality and a solid fit and finish. Sadly one of the earbuds stopped working >6 months . Samsung was pretty good about the warranty process. They sent me the Level U as a replacement. They aren't in the same performance wheel house as the Gear Circle. I am considering trying the Level U Pro and hoping the BT 4.1 and 200 mAh improve the performance.

While I expected ease of use and compatibility with my Samsung 6 Edge, there are two things I did not expect from these wireless headphones. First is the level of comfort. I was skeptical about the neckband but it turns out that I barely noticed it and it is extremely comfortable and easy to use with the volume controls on the right side. Second is the fact that the earpieces are also very comfortable and more important, they don't fall out of my ear. The single greatest complaint I have about conventional wired headphones is that they either fall out or get pulled of my ear by the cord. These not only stay in my ear but are very comfortable under any situation (i.e., exercise, working, resting). Thanks for a great gift

I have had this set for a few months and it was working flawlessly. However, just the other day while removing the headset from my neck (the same way I have since purchase), the arm broke. The headset still works, but in order to make sure it won't fall off, I will have to glue it together.

After owning the circle gear I was looking forward to see how much improvement these would have. I own a pair of jay birds X2 and these blew away my Jay Birds the clarity for when I'm on a call is really good. And they dont come off during my run at the gym. I like how easy the controls are set and are very quick with my Galaxy note 5 from changing songs to pausing. Even changing songs. I would recommend these.

I've had these for a couple months and they work real good so far. Time will tell though. My last pair of Bluetooth ear phones, by a different manufacturer, only lasted just under a year. Wore them about 3-4 times a week while running. I was very disappointed.

I generally love all my Samsung products the problem that I have with Samsung level U is I seem to frequently get calls where people can't hear me well at first but then the calls Fade Out also it tends to drop a lot of calls I also get complaints that I sound as if I'm in a tunnel and/or as if I am staticky. The one other problem that I have with the Level U is it tends to shift and try to fall off of my neck if not cautious you will lose it

I got the Samsung wireless headphones for my husband and he love them said the sound is excellent. He wear them when he is at work and also when he goes to work out. Im so glad he is pleased with my purchase seeing I don't know much about electronics. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I'm a former user of the gear circle Bluetooth device. And I'm told the level u & level u pro are the upgrade of the gear circle. I Like the features for as quality! What I DONT like.. .#1. is that the level don't come with the different size neck pieces as the circle did. This is too big for my neck, so it makes it move. By the device being light as a feather, it really makes it hard to know that the device is position wrong on my neck. #2.Which is a defect for my next dislike: the hanging. I don't like that it doesn't connect in a circle but rather hangs like a chain. Which gets in the way, not allowing the magnets to clasp together as they should. #3. The last thing I'm not to fond of is that the circle had the CLEAR neck piece. Which made the device discreet! This one (level u pro) is clearly seen unless your wearing a button down or collared shirt. Other than that... I like the device, but they should've kept THOSE features from the circle, and I'd LOVE it.

After a few weeks I can't use the normal earphones anymore or make a normal call using my hand. It's a product that make your life easier and probably safer. Your hands are free and there is no cables in the way so is very easy to hide into the collar when I'm working.

I bought this pair of headphones to work out with. I love them! Super comfortable fit, excellent sound! The app works well with these headphones and the bass is awesome! Have yet to use calling features with these.. But I suspect it will work well! I also own a pair of the level over's.. I like just as much!
