After getting a note 2 way back when I have quickly become an addict of Samsung product's. I have never been disappointed by any phone tablet or anything Samsung related and these are no different! I use these in replacement of the buds that came with my note 4 {I have a 5 now) me personally I say Samsung everything!

i just upgraded from the lg hbs730 and let me tell you this is a very nice bluetooth call quality is awesome noise cancellation is great im a truck driver and mess with a pallet jack all night and everybody i talk to says that they cant even hear it music quality is clear i would recommend this bluetooth to anyone.

Great product, just have some little issues, some can fixed via update, some you'll have to figure out. 1. It needs a carrying case. I know and I get it, you should be wearing it. There are just times when you need to put it away for a while in a backpack or some sort of carrying luggage and you'll have to figure out how to make sure it wont get tangled with something else. A zip lock bag would probably be fine. 2. Volume is really good and really loud once you install the Samsung Level app. And that's the issue, you need the app. What makes it bad is that the app doesnt do anything but configure settings for the earphones. Would be nice for it to actually have more features that aren't available yet with just the normal earbuds. How about letting it remember the equalizer settings for each of the song you configure it to? 3. Ringing sound drove me nuts. No, not the ringer sound for phone calls. The earbuds produce a very loud "ringing" sound randomly when you put the device and earbud volumes at full and enable any of the 3: 3D, Bass, Clarity. What's worse is you will have no clue why it's doing that and the only thing you can do to get rid of the loud sound is to turn it off and on. Of course if you have music playing, it will pause but once you play it again, get your ears ready for the loud ringing sound again as it will be back almost instantly. 4. Color choices could have been better. This item came out with just 2 colors. Yes, just 2. If you have a white Samsung device, you're out of luck. 5. The design is near perfect, just needs some more thoughts. The magnetic earbuds do work but they dont stay aligned to each other. Perhaps a retracting design would have been better. The neckpiece isnt adjustable either so if you're not a fat dude that weighs over 400lbs and no longer have a "neck", expect this thing to loosely hug your neck. On the brightside, it is very lightweight and more comfy to wear than the Gear Circle.

So I did not expect much from this product since it seems to have the same ear plugs as my stock Galaxy S6 earphones have. But boy was I wrong. I am on my third day of using these and I think for the price point they're at, they're worth every dollar. Surprisingly great audio and they fit so comfortably in my ears. I love the overall design and how clever they were in making the earphones magnetic. Great battery life too, went two days without charging out the box. I applaud you Samsung for making great set of small inexpensive earphones, best bang for your buck. ESPECIALLY if you don't like in-ear phones, which I can't stand. I do recommend tweaking some of the equalizer settings to get the great quality sound you want out of it. Now granted, this isn't the Level On wireless, which has very very high quality sound for a higher price point. But for what you pay for, I guarantee that you'll be as impressed as I am.

The PROS: great battery life, nice appearance, light, good sound quality (if you hold the ear buds in with your hands or a cap), good call sound quality. The CONS: ear buds won't stay put, twists off your neck during movement, limited feature set. Poor bluetooth range/connection. My biggest gripe is the ear buds WILL NOT stay put during regular activity like walking. Even the special "stabilizing wing ear gels" won't stay in place, in fact the ear bud has fallen out of the "ear gel" piece. Ear buds are poorly fitting. During basic movement like walking the ear buds move out of alignment making for poor sound or fall out frequently and the unit easily rotates out of position on your neck. The next issue is possibly just my NOTE 4, it's a widely known issue with many Samsung handsets (and others) that bluetooth connection will skip and glitch. My Jabra earpiece skips occasionally, but this LEVEL U audio skips more frequently. Side note. My fix for ear buds is a light cap over them, but when the weather warms up that won't happen.

My dad got these for himself when I was in ninth grade years ago (I graduated 2020 if that gives you some perspective) he let me start using them after all my headphones broke cause I was a destructive lil 15 year old and I ended up stealing them and they became mine permanently, and these things lasted me FOREVER! They lasted through abuse through my stepping on them they lasted through being on all day long while I was at school. They’re still working but the case is breaking so it’s a lot harder to use them as it’s exposing the electrical stuff. I cannot find better headphones anywhere. R.I.P. my first pair of level u pro headphones 🫡✊😔

I've tried several wireless earbuds and this one is by far the best overall. The sound quality is quite good. The amount of time on a battery charge is incredible! And the on/off switch is great. Easy to connect and there's no issue with accidentally turning them on or off. For 30 bucks these are amazing. Unless you're dead set to get separate buds ("truly wireless"), these are the ones to get. For price, sound, functionality, and battery life -- these are unbeatable.

The sound is pretty good. Not the greatest. But the bass and clarity are great. The form factor is a home run. The around the neck portion is a mostly rigid but has a flexible joint which makes the fit great. The balance is nearly perfect and have yet come off of my neck unintentionally, which is perfect. The earbuds, when not in use, fall around the front of the neck and magnetically join. The app (for android) and the voice control are what really does it for me. The app works by essentially streaming all of the phone's sounds to the headset. Notifications can be set to simple (Announces what app is the notification) or detailed (reads the entire notification. Perfect for text messages) on a per app basis. They are verbal which is great.

these headphones are better then i expected. I was scepticle about the style but they are extremely comfortable and sound quality is great. They are not as loud as most headphone, but that may be a good thing and healthier for the ear anyway. I was surprised when they vibrated, did not know they would do that. It was a cool surprise

Unit sounds good, it just looses signal in the middle of conversations. I would think that a company like Samsung would put out better product. I would recommend an LG unit over this all day every day. If not for the loss of signal it would be a great unit.
