These are great to use while working, let's you know when you are getting a call a text, etc, while listening to your favorite tunes, and you can move around without fear of being pulled by your wire. Sound quality is good. Ear plugs fit comfortably and do not move around. The only down to this cool product is that I was expecting to have a bit more noise cancelled. I love the earplugs that came with my Samsung S6 so I'm used now to having less noise come in and these let a lot of noise through. Still, love that I'll be able to workout, walk and work with them.

I loved my Circle, and still use it at times. The major problem I had with the circle was that during prolonged activity, working out, they would usually fall out of my ears. The different sized neck collars were fine, though an extra large would have been nice for some of us, further more they were stiff and if you bent them just right/wrong they broke. But that was the circle and this is the level. The new buds with ear hooks stay in much better, the sound quality is just as good, but there is less of a noise cancellation with them than with the circle. The touch controls are gone as well, but that can be good or bad depending on how you look at it, and the collar is built in, and flexible, which is a plus. The controls have moved from the earphones to the collar, which is not an ideal move. The power switch is on the bottom of the collar, in the back near the charging port, I really miss it being on the earbuds, the volume and multi-button is located on the collar as well, but on the end of the tangs that come around your neck half way. They work fine and are very responsive, but I still miss the volume controls and multi-button on the earbuds, it seemed more natural there. Lastly, the magnetic clasp for the earbuds, unlike with the circle, clipping the headphones together does not put the headset on standby/stop playback, but in a way that is good, because they don't hold together as well as the circle, and therefore separate easily. If the circle were the Note 4, these are the Note 5, and we have yet to see the GS7 version that contains the best of both worlds.

I originally thought these were horrible low headphones until I realized that they have to be turned up from the base also not just my phone. Overall great sounding pair of headphones . They were pretty clear sounding and great lows. Phone calls were just like holding the phone to my ear.

I purchased these headphones because the headphones that came with my Galaxy Note 5 stop working in one ear. So thought I would go wireless. Since I have purchased them, they work only when I am indoors. When I am outside, the music skips or cannot hear it at all. I restart my phone and reconnect the headphones and it will work for a while. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but I am not satisfied with my purchase.

These headphones may look a bit odd, but they solve the one main problem all in ear headphones suffer from - the weight of the bluetooth electronics putting too much pressure on the in-ear part of the headphone. All of the ones that i have tried no matter how they fit in the ear are too heavy and even the slightest amount of movement can in some cases cause the headphone to fall out of the ear canal. Not something you would want when out running or cycling. Another plus of these headphones is the fact that you can "hide: the fact that you are wearing bluetooth headphones from the general public, which takes away the fact that you are advertising that you are wearing a piece of good tech. As for the sound reproduction of these headphones, they offer a class leading sound quality. They offer a great mix of top, middle and low notes, that allows for clear vocals and powerful bass notes without any muddying or blurring of clarity. Very easy to use and set up it really is as simple as switching on your bluetooth on your device and pairing it with the headphones. An excellent price and excellent sound quality makes these a must buy

Side piece on product broke. Can't find model in any pull down menu, so I can't register it or request service. Can't find serial number on product so I can't register it. Using reading glasses and magnifying lens! Therefore I can't get service for my product either. I also can't email customer support or chat since the the product doesn't show up in pull down menu.

I got these just at the beginning of the year so I haven't given them the rugged test yet, but I have been quite surprised. Love the sound quality, much better than the other wireless bluetooth sets I have had. I wish they got louder but other than that...

The headset is taking a little bit for me to get used to. I have not had a pair designed like this. So far the sound quality is good. Phone calls are clear, music sounds great, and so far the stand by time is very good too. I had it on for about 2 days before recharging the battery.

The product is overall really good but the only problem I have is the earpiece is big and kinda hurts after a while of wear of wearing them. One other thing isn't a big concern but the volume controls don't work I don't know if it's just messed up or it just doesn't work.

I love these headphones. I usually can't use earbuds because they all seem to fall out. But these stay in even while I exercise. The design let's me wear them with my bike helmet, and they let in enough ambient noise that I can listen to a book and still hear what's going on around me. They are very comfortable for extended use
