After a few weeks I can't use the normal earphones anymore or make a normal call using my hand. It's a product that make your life easier and probably safer. Your hands are free and there is no cables in the way so is very easy to hide into the collar when I'm working.

I purchased these headphones this afternoon after testing them in my local big box stop and shop. The sound was above average. They paired to my phone without a hiccup. I even wore them and enjoyed Pandora music as I continued my shopping. The design is lightweight and sporty. These headphones were a delight for about 360 minutes (part of this time was fully charging the unit). That's when a glowing review became feedback from a consumer that bought junk. The headphones were fully charged, and I took the time to fit the proper ear buds. I like the active fit buds. They maintained a snug fit in my ears and kept a good seal to maintain sound quality. I turned them on, connected them, and started my music. Then, they stopped working. I didn't drop them. I didn't throw them. My dogs didn't chew them. I simply wore them as prescribed and listened to music. Then out of nowhere they retired themselves from playing music. $XX headphones should work for more than a few hours. I hope this is not indicative of the quality of the products Samsung will be bringing consumers in the future. I will be returning these in the AM.

These headphones have good sound, they're not noise-cancellation because, at max volume on both my headphones and Galaxy s7 edge, I can still hear everything that's going on outside my headphones. The ears buds hurt my ears. The features aren't really features its just a remote and mic.

Because I got these for free, I feel like I appreciate what I got, but I just wish they were able to go louder. But they are loud enough for most. When I use them for phone calls, they are pretty clear for other people hearing me, but this is where I would like some additional volume. I like the magnet for the ear buds as well. Makes them conceal nicely with losing one somewhere in your shirt.

The wireless range is optimum for the gym. The earbuds did not fall off when i waz exercizing in them. The volume and clarity is above average for an in ear headphones. I also own a pair of level overs and have owned several a2dp over the years. I havent had any disconfort when wearing them for an extended period of time.

The blue tooth cuts out sometimes for no reason and has to be reconnected thru your device?, the battery lasted my full 10 hr. Shift, the ear buds are ok but they slip allot and don't stay in for more than just few mins. At a time sometimes they stay in longer if you don't move much. The product goes around your neck and turns on your neck and that stinks also. Other wise they last as stated on the batteries and that's the only thing I can think of that is good about them. The volume cold be louder.

For my 20th birthday, my husband bought me the Samsung Level U Wireless headphone in the color blue, hence it is my favorite color. My first impression was that they did not look like ordinary headphones. Secondly, I was not sure if I was going to like them around my neck. I tried my headphones the first time around my house while cleaning; I was completely shocked by how easy it was to connect to my IPhone’s Bluetooth and how convenient is was to keep them around my neck with no hanging wire. I love using them when I walk between classes, when I work out, and when I need to do house chores. I enjoy having my music free of surrounding noises. The Samsung Level U Wireless headphones are by far one of the best wireless headphones, in my opinion. These headphones allow you to connect to your device via Bluetooth and not worry about the wire. An update I would recommend would be to include retractable earbuds. The model I have has the magnetic earbuds only which still hang a little from the neck piece. I think it would feel better to simply pull on the earbuds to your ears and when finish pull them out and they retract back in place.

I love this product because I can use it to work out at the gym and it doesnt get on the way of my work out, I can also take it to work on my business clothes and it looks great. Also the quality of the streaming of my music and entertainment is great. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

I received these as a Christmas gift, and let me tell you, I wish I hadn’t. I cannot believe Samsung would release a product this poorly designed. Not ONE set of the ear gels fit comfortably. The “Noise cancellation” is nearly non existent, and the sound is, simply put, not that impressive. What really blows my my mind is that the headphones from my old Galaxy III have better sound , fit more comfortably, and cancel more sound than these. How can that even be possible, Samsung. I am extremely disappointed in this product and I would not recommend to anyone. These are quite possibly the most uncomfortable earbuds I’ve ever put in my ears.

For practical purposes, this headset is clearly the best I've owned. The sound for it's size is amazing. They are so lightweight and sound amazing. Love the earbuds with the little hook on the end because they fit so well and never hurt even after long wear. The only downside, is that the earbuds do come off relatively easy and can get lost. Also the rubber is coming off of the plastic in a couple places. However, they have lasted me over half a year which surprises me because I use them every single day. The bluetooth is very responsive and has a decent range. The features, allow me to control my phone relatively simply and best of all, they're very affordable and looking to buy another pair. I want to get them for my children.
