I love the sound quality and the ability to have many apps I use on a normal basis speak to me though my headset. The only drawback I have is that the neck band doesn't stay properly on my neck. One minute it's set, the next it's shifted down my back or sideways on my neck. That doesn't take away from what I use it for it just can be a bit of a hassle.

These wireless headphones slip behind your neck and the earbuds hang in front magnetically connected until you are ready to pop them into your ears. I have found that the style of the earbuds to be very comfortable in the ear. The sound levels produced are more than adequate for my listening preferences. It was very easy to pair these headphones with my Galaxy Note 5. Charging is easy also.

As a owner of Samsung's previous attempt at bluetooth headphones I can say that these are a big step forward for Samsung. They are very light you can barely tell your wearing a headset until you remember how cool you are to have Level U headset. Plus the price is much more reasonable great for an on the go person that still demands quality. At a Boy Samsung!

You can charge this Bluetooth while in use. You can connect it to 2 devices simultaneously. Volume rocker will also control music track selection. Voice and music quality is crystal clear. Sleek light and comfortable design allows you to do just about anything.

This product looks good. speakers are good but the product design is really not aligned to its functions. It keeps coming off the neck. I have been using similar products for 8 years now. This is the worst design for the neck. It comes off from one side and falls on the ground or entangles with clothes. There are no magents to hold the earbuds when you are not using it.

i just upgraded from the lg hbs730 and let me tell you this is a very nice bluetooth call quality is awesome noise cancellation is great im a truck driver and mess with a pallet jack all night and everybody i talk to says that they cant even hear it music quality is clear i would recommend this bluetooth to anyone.

I love the clear sound specially when I connect the Level U PRO. to my Galaxy S7 edge as it enables me to adjust the bass to my preferrence. I used to own the LG. 730., and I hated the fact that it disconnected when I. Walked 8 feet away from my phone. . But now I. stay connected to my Galaxy S7S through the level U pro even when I walk outside my house or go down to the basement

These headphones are useless. They rarely are able to connect to my Note 5. When they do they don't stay connected for long and the audio breaks up. They also have no distance for the BT signal from the headphones to the phone. Moving the phone 1-2 feet from your headphones makes you drop the BT connection. The quality of the build is cheap and the sound quality is sub-par when it actually stays connected.

This relatively cheap pair of headphones are a great value. They make using your phone so much easier since you don't have to pull out your phone to stop and start your music and there's no wires to get all tangled up and in the way. The quality of the sound is pretty similar to the other Samsung headphones that come with their phones which are pretty good for most people's uses. Battery life on these is also amazing. I usually don't have to charge it for a full week with lots of use. Inexpensive and good quality, what's not to like.

The level u is the best headset I've used. I can leave the ear buds in and still hear is going around which is great for work. Also it has great sound and is so light I barely notice them around my neck. Over all a great product that I am very satisfied with
