I am not normally a fan of the neck band headsets, however, this unit is very light and the sound field is above anything else I've used. Battery life is phenomenal. I have used this headset while working out and sitting at my desk without any issues. I am still blown away by the sound out of this unit.

For practical purposes, this headset is clearly the best I've owned. The sound for it's size is amazing. They are so lightweight and sound amazing. Love the earbuds with the little hook on the end because they fit so well and never hurt even after long wear. The only downside, is that the earbuds do come off relatively easy and can get lost. Also the rubber is coming off of the plastic in a couple places. However, they have lasted me over half a year which surprises me because I use them every single day. The bluetooth is very responsive and has a decent range. The features, allow me to control my phone relatively simply and best of all, they're very affordable and looking to buy another pair. I want to get them for my children.

These headphones are so great! My husband and I both have a pair and use them all the time. They are not my preferred style of ear bud (I like the kind that has a circular squishy rubber part that fits into the ear and helps block out other noises), but these are much better than the stock headphones that came with my Galaxy S6 Edge. I couldn't use that pair at all, since I have smaller ear holes. This pair comes with different size options, and the anti-slip pair works well for my husband's workouts. The battery life is surprisingly great, even though I use them a lot. I can't think of anything I don't like about them, and I'm pretty picky! They aren't noise-canceling, but that is fine with me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought because I love the wrap around neck device, other types just fall out. This has amazing sound quality, almost at times like a real concert, back ground noise is minimal, let alone in a machine shop. Would buy another if this ever fails.

It's a nice product but I have a couple things I do not like. 1) It does not have an answer button so I still have to pull out my phone to answer calls. 2) It only allows the volume to go up half way when I'm listening to media 3) The ear buds are shaped weird, fall out all the time, and hurt after long periods of wear.

Because I got these for free, I feel like I appreciate what I got, but I just wish they were able to go louder. But they are loud enough for most. When I use them for phone calls, they are pretty clear for other people hearing me, but this is where I would like some additional volume. I like the magnet for the ear buds as well. Makes them conceal nicely with losing one somewhere in your shirt.

I think it would feel better to simply pull on the earbuds to your ears and when finish pull them out and they retract back in place.

horrible ear fit.keeps falling while sitting forget while doing exercises.tried the one with rubber extension grip,but no good either.sound quality is tolerable but when it doesn't fit into the ear,how can one listen to music anyway.needs a a lot better r&d

The wireless range is optimum for the gym. The earbuds did not fall off when i waz exercizing in them. The volume and clarity is above average for an in ear headphones. I also own a pair of level overs and have owned several a2dp over the years. I havent had any disconfort when wearing them for an extended period of time.

Samsung Level U is a very stylish and convenient product. But, what will we do with the style if it does not serves its basic use. I bought it about 2 months ago and have been facing a lot of issue while playing songs. Sound skips and is patchy as if it is at a long distance from device. I even tried with different galaxy devices and even laptop but the issue remains the same. I went to service center and got it replaced but the same issue exists in the new headset. I am very dissatisfied with the product and is a complete waste of money. I also did not get Micro USB Charging Cable as specified in Samsung website.
