I have used several kinds of Bluetooth headsets, and had issues ranging from not being able to hear people (or people not hearing me) to statics and noise. These headsets are awesome! I have not had any problems so far, and I can hear people and vise versa. I am also very happy with the built quality as well.

Loving the Samsung Level U wireless headphones. It's Bluetooth but my music and conversations comes through crystal clear. This is a great improvement compared to other Bluetooth headphones I've used in the past and even the wired headphones which came with my Galaxy S 6 Edge. I got mine free through a Samsung Pay promo but I would have gladly paid for this.

I love this headset. You won't believe what I've been going through trying to find a decent set of Bluetooth headsets. Battery life made me cry almost lol j/k. And the sound is clear and present. I would definitely tell anyone to get this product without hesitation

The headset is taking a little bit for me to get used to. I have not had a pair designed like this. So far the sound quality is good. Phone calls are clear, music sounds great, and so far the stand by time is very good too. I had it on for about 2 days before recharging the battery.

I have to admit that when I got the Level U I was extremely happy of how it looked, how light it was and the ease of use. The sound is really good and the microphone works extremely well. The only issue that I have with it, is that it already broke after 5 uses of less then 10 hours. I'm a very extremely careful person with electronics or anything for that fact. I have had cell phones that I carry on my daily for years and have never been dropped or scratched. When I was removing the Level U from my neck 2 days ago, the Right leg snapped and it broke. I was not "stretching" it or anything, just gently opened it and it cracked. Now it no longer works. I think that it could be a built with something stronger that can withstand more flexibility when being either removed or put on your neck. Loved everything else about it, but that part was a let down after 5 uses. :-(

Samsung new "Samsung Level U Wireless Headphones, Black Sapphire" is a great product. The color "Black Sapphire" gives it a premium look. Where the color is, its made out of a hard plastic, while the rest of it its made of some soft, rubber. The earbuds, connected to a almost 10 inch cord are really good. It also has a small rubber-band type that can be roller so the wires can stay firm. The sport earbuds are really great, they fit perfect in the ear, and no problem while working out. However, if you lose that pair, you need to buy new ones, there are not extra ones on the package. I noticed how easy it was paring with my Galaxy Note 5, but I also noticed how much noise was coming in from the outside. It was not that good with noise cancellation. Sound quality was good, in order to get good sound you needed both earbuds in. I noticed that with other units you would get really good quality with just one earbud in one ear, which is how most people use the products since they are on school or work. When you get some notifications you can feel a small vibration on the back of you neck, really cool. All in all, a great product, but needs minor improvements. If you want great audio and great noise cancellation, this is not the product.

Is there a way to know when the battery is charged? I left the unit switched off after being connected for charging overnight, didn't use it until a few days later I switched it on and the battery was dead. Also, allowing for the fact I always have trouble with earbuds, can anyone give a helpful hint about inserting them so they stay firmly in place? and (3) ;-) does the unit have to be switched off during take-off and landing?

These bluetooth earphones are amazing. I listen to my music and videos conveniently because of the design. The weight of the device is evenly distributed so that the neck piece does not slip side to side. I Personally love the earbud design. My earbuds do not fall out of my ears. These earphones are amazing, however they do not block ALL outside noise. The microphone on the device is not good. I have to raise my voice very loud for the mic to hear me. Nonetheless, the quality of the sound and earphones are great

I am not normally a fan of the neck band headsets, however, this unit is very light and the sound field is above anything else I've used. Battery life is phenomenal. I have used this headset while working out and sitting at my desk without any issues. I am still blown away by the sound out of this unit.

I used this item for a full month and now the signal brakes down way to much and you can't listen to music, a side from that, lets say it was only made to talk as what it is for a bluetooth headphone, but ohhhhh no, people always tell me they can't hear me when I'm using this thing and if that wasn't all I can not seem to have this device steady on my neck all day, it's always falling. I wish you take this back and let me get something else.
