Pros: This product have all the features we need for our daily use and believe me it has very good ear bud, more human kind of design that stays in your ear when you move and don't hurt you like the other product do. Its very light weight that you will not feel it after some time taking it around your neck. Very Good battery life. Cons: Not very great speakers but that's OK for that long battery life and this kind of ear bud design. No noise cancelling.

I have tried MANY Bluetooth headphones, and for some reason or another I end up buying another pair to find the right one. When I received this set, I was amazed for the quality of the product and how well they fit and feel. Also the sound is great BUT... It looses connectivity when I'm about 10ft away, really?, I have had other cheap ones and I can be as far as 20 or 30 and they work ok. Also being 2ft away from my phone and if I'm close to ATM's, (I work with ATM's), the sound breaks!!! really? the cheap ones don't do that at all. So still looking for the right set AGAIN. (Please tell me that my set is defective, and that I'm the only one with this issue).

I have only had this for the weekend, so I haven't used it too much. It fits in my ears and stays, so that is a good thing. It is also light weight. I did listen to music for about 10 hours on a charge (a little less than advertised, but I did not start with pulling it off of the charger). I have only made a couple of phone calls and on one of them, the person on the other end said that they could not hear me. I had been listening to music when the call came in and it paused the music to pick up the call, but it was just the one call. It may have been a one time thing.

Lets in quite a bit of outside noise. I have to turn the volume up a lot to hear sound. I wish there was a way to get the ear gels further inside my ears. The sound quality is terrific when I hand push the gels further in my ears. It is only average in its most used location.

I received these and was very impressed with the overall design and comfortability. The stabilizing wings work very well and keep the ear pieces in my ear while I run around throughout the day. The sound is pretty decent, not very high quality as some other headphones but it works for what I need it for. Overall I'm very satisfied with these headphones, they do what I need them to, they're not cumbersome, and work perfectly.

I purchased Samsung wireless headphones earlier this month. These headphones are used with a Galaxy device. When my phone is in my pocket it sounds patchy as if the distance between the headphones and the device is too far. I've tried adjusting the settings from the sound settings in the phone and it doesn't work. There should be no reason the headphones sound like this when it is connected to a Samsung device. I am very unhappy about this purchase, most likely will return.

I already have the Samsung Galaxy phone, as well at the Samsung Note8 tablet, so I knew Samsung makes a great product. The Level U headphones easily bluetooth paired with my phone & tablet. The sound is very clear, and volume buttons are easy to adjust. No more tangled headphone wires!

The phone connection drops while driving which is so annoying. I have to switch it back via bluetooth menu. Most troublesome is that the neck piece is not aging well and is showing signs of breaking. I have to put tape at several locations to maintain a structural integrity. i cannot help it, you have to be able to take off and put back the device several time a day for normal usage. it does eventually break. For the price paid you would expect something that last at least a couple years instead of a couple months.

I got the Samsung wireless headphones for my husband and he love them said the sound is excellent. He wear them when he is at work and also when he goes to work out. Im so glad he is pleased with my purchase seeing I don't know much about electronics. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I had a great time listening using this headphones and it has some kind of noise cancellation. It's as if there was no background noise. Also, I do not like the in-ear designs headphones nowadays because it's not comfortable to wear, but with the Level U Pro, I'm having a very good time wearing it and it doesn't fall off. Definitely recommend getting this
