Great headphones. I thought the piece that snugshe your neck would be uncomfortable and they arent. You really forget that it's even there. Super easy to pair, I pared it with my note 5 and gear s in seconds. I have a pair of powerbeats 2 and the level u sounded better. My wife used them also while doing chores and loved them, Im back to using my powerbeats. I also used them to do light work outs and had no problem.

I forget I have this on. It's so comfortable & hassle free. Works great, love the quality of the sounds. I love the way it fits in the ear, don't have to worry about it falling out while exercising. Background noise is at a minimal & that's a HUGE plus for me.

I was very excited to buy my first wireless earphones for working out. When I first got them, I downloaded the app and charged the thing all the way. I took them out for a test run. Connecting at first was pretty easy and I was listening to my tunes right away. About 20 minutes in, while jogging, the music started to pause. Automatically. I had to press the button again to restart playing the music. It kept going on and on. Eventually it started working again. A few minutes later, the music would stop, and a recording saying "Battery is almost full" (or something like that) would sound, and then the music would restart. This happened about 5 times in less than 10 minutes. I GOT IT, THE BATTERY IS FULL! At first I thought the battery may have run out and the thing was not working properly. The app said the battery was full, just like the recording said... Next, the thing started disconnecting its bluetooth connection with my Note 4. My phone would say again and again the device was disconnected, connected, disconnected. Worst jog ever.

Received these and seeing many with around neck Bluetooth earbuds I was curious to see how well they would sit and stay. The volume is fair, nothing overwhelming but nothing poor. The app and buttons on the right side of the neck make it easy to work and make adjustments. Like the phone it's great to make it your own and customize. When paired with Galaxy S6 edge plus, when a notification comes in and it tells you the type notification...Galaxy drops volume a lot. So notification is stopped on mine...Not a U-Level issue. The neck piece will wonder or turn if I don't tuck into shirt or collar. The bands that hold the lines to earbuds do their jobs, but can see that they will not last very long...do not the best idea. Pound for pond, not a 10, but not a 5 or lower. I give it a good 7 right now...but have only had a short time...but I do enjoy them and how quick they sync to the Galaxy.

I use them in the office and the sleek design allows me to wear using my collar shirt and tie. All you see is the headphones on my earbud. I constantly get compliments. The vibration when you get notifications is very useful. If you get an email or message it lets you know what application requires attention. Overall I would highly recommend! The only con I assume some people may have is that they are not super loud. But I use them in the office so i do not not require them to be that loud.

I recently signed up for a product from Samsung and got a pair of Samsung Level U Wireless Headphones for free. I thought...free?? Eh..it's probably some cheap gimmick just to have me sign up.. A few weeks later my free gift arrived via FedEx. I anxiously opened it to find a high quality product that looked great. It had a smooth, good looking collar and a set of ear buds with an additional comfort piece attached. On back of the collar is the power switch and a hidden USB power port. On the lower right side of the collar there are all the controls you'll need for volume and pairing. Other than the looks...the sound is actually really good. I paired it up with my phone and then my computer and it works very nicely. Keep in mind this device is not designed to give you eardrum busting sound but, you will be able to enjoy your music safely and comfortably. I highly recommend the Samsung Level U Wireless Headphones to everyone.

I have had my share of wireless headphones and by far this is my favorite piece. It works great with my phone, the battery lasts for a very long time - the only complaint I have is the actual piece that goes in the ear which is somewhat uncomfortable and falls out. Other than that - great product.

This is my first wireless headset and im very happy with it i was planing to buy an expensive set like bose or beats but i decide to give this headset a shot and im in love with it first because are very comfortable second they are very lightwight third the design is very slim and people barely notice that you're wearing it and last the battery lasts about 10 hours of heavy use Overall I definitely will recommend this to any of my friends or anybody who is looking to buy a wireless headset especially if you own a Samsung phone or any Samsung Smart TV because you can definitely connect your headphones to the TV via bluetooth so you can watch any of the programs without disturbing any member in the family special wife when I'm watching my soccer games from Premier League

I bought this pair of headphones to work out with. I love them! Super comfortable fit, excellent sound! The app works well with these headphones and the bass is awesome! Have yet to use calling features with these.. But I suspect it will work well! I also own a pair of the level over's.. I like just as much!

Overall, I really like these headphones. They have a great sound and are very comfortable in the ears. The buttons are easy to find without looking, and it works well with my Galaxy S6. My only wishes are that they are more noise cancelling (don't work well when doing yard work with a mower, string trimmer, etc), and the main controller doesn't always stay straight on my neck (sometimes rotates).
