I took delivery of my Level U Pro around 4 days ago, and have been using it since then. The design is great and overall it is very comfortable to use. The audio quality is excellent but could do with slightly more bass (since I love strong bass).. The mids and highs are great and the overall aural quality of the music is great. The battery life is also excellent. I would highly recommend this earphones at its affordable price point.

I am not normally a fan of the neck band headsets, however, this unit is very light and the sound field is above anything else I've used. Battery life is phenomenal. I have used this headset while working out and sitting at my desk without any issues. I am still blown away by the sound out of this unit.

I loved my new pair of wireless headphones. They are comfortable and fit to your ears correctly. I used them to run a 10k and they worked very well. The only issue with them is that the part that is supposed to go around your neck moves back if you run with them. I can still use them to run if I place the headphones around my hat.

Hi, Earlier this week I purchased Samsung's Level headphones. I was attracted by their type and the price. However,,,, I have to have the volume set to maximum to hear at an appropriate level for me. Also the left ear speaker falls out of my ear every few minutes. The magnetic clasp is picky on placement and is a little weak. The instruction booklet is an eye test. The headphones are lightweight. I am hoping the store will accept these as a full refund return.

Great design and extremely happy about the earpieces that have the inner ear retention, but after two weeks of use, no one can hear me when I use them. I can hear others just fine. I've un-paired it from my phone, re-paired it with no success, wiped my Galaxy S4 and set it up from scratch with no luck and then went back to my Plantronics just to make sure it wasn't an issue with the bluetooth on my phone and it worked fine. Bummer. There goes that money.

I have to admit...based on the hit-or-miss reviews of most bluetooth wireless headphones, I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary out of this pair. However, when I unboxed them and gave them a try, I was pleasantly surprised. The battery life seems great so far, although it's only been a couple of weeks. Fingers are crossed that it continues to maintain a good charging capacity for time to come. The headset is very lightweight and I've used it on several of my runs...it doesn't bounce around and, quite frankly, you can't even feel it there. The sound quality is decent as well. It's not the best I've heard, but certainly not the worst. If you're using these for working out, I don't feel that you'll be very focused on the quality of the sound anyway...not any more than you would be with any other set of headphones. My ONLY gripe about these headphones: The earpieces. My personal preference has always been- and will always be earbuds. But, I mean the round earbuds and not the form-fitting "buds" on these bluetooth headphones. They stay in my ear canals quite well, however I like a tighter fit and as much sound isolation as possible when wearing my headphones. Due to the loose nature of these earpieces, I must increase the volume much more than normal on both my device AND the headphones in order to hear the music. Additionally, much of the music quality (and volume) is lost due to the lack of a good seal between the earpiece and the ear canal. Price-wise, these aren't too competitive with its competition, either. I think Samsung could do I better job with their pricing, but isn't that the case with anything nowadays? ;) Overall, I definitely recommend these headphones.

This product is great. I finally found a pair of wireless headphones that i love. Ive bought different ones and was not impressed by them. But these samsung headphones fit perfectly in my ear and sound really good. Now my kids want some for themselves.

Earbuds are coming out of my ear always. The design should have been better to fix all the ears. They should be smaller with different sizes of caps to fix everyone's ears. Bluetooth disconnects suddenly when you are on call or listening music for long time!

I bought this product last December from Malaysia but it suddenly stopped working! I tried to recharged it show red led light I've keep it until it change to blue,then I tried to use it but its not working I plug it back to charger the in charge again! and it didn't work.

These headphones are great in that you can charge while you listen if the battery dies. The issue is that every one I have had, the left earpiece dies, as the audio fails. Also, if you have a paired APTx low latency device nearby, it will take precendence (even if not active) and you have to unplug it since there is no way to tell the headset to switch. Great sound, bass is about 75% there, overall pretty good. Cannot recommend since they die after about 3 months
