Sleek and comfortable to wear; hardly feel like it's around my neck. Sound quality is awesome and bluetooth is easy to connect to my devices. Overall, I like this better than the plug-in headset that comes with my phone; earbuds are way more comfortable and a better fit. Only part that is not likeable is the rubber o-ring; it just makes it look cheap and flimsy. Overall, really satisfied with this product.

So, I bought these because they were a great price and I'm an avid Samsung fan. Pretty much all of my electronics are Samsung. I loved them! The part that goes around your neck was so comfortable and the earbuds were the normal samsung earbuds (the new style). In my opinion, it was a well designed, comfortable headset and I was so excited about them. I absolutely loved the bluetooth feature. Pairing was very easy on my Galaxy S6 Edge. (BUT)... here's the bad part. They quit after 2 days. Only one ear did but that's not acceptable. I would have happily exchanged them if they sold them in the store but, unfortunately they don't so I had to go with an off brand and surprisingly I am equally satispied with them. These are definitely worth a shot! Pro samsung all the way!!! I use my bluetooth headset daily so I just didn't have the time for the exchange process.

Great sound quality, just wish it could go louder. Wonderful design and shape, unless you have a 19 inch or larger neck or no neck, then you actually feel like it strangling you. I am happy with the product though try not to exceed an hour at a time of use do to my neck being 20 inches. I thing it was designed for kids and teens or small adults. Good battery life!

When I received these headphones, I wasn't expecting too much but I quickly found out that these are a great set of headphones! I use them to work out in and my previous pair would not stay in my ear consistently. These not only stay, I don't get the thumping other pairs give me while running. Comfort was another important factor for me. These fit nicely in my ears without excess pressure and stay once I put them in. They do not plug my ear canal so they do not cause any discomfort when I start sweating. Features are typical - volume controls are good so I don't have to reach for my phone. I also like that the on/off switch is a real switch. The sound is not the best but pretty decent for a headset of this type. It could use a little more bass but overall has a good, balanced sound.

I like the style of it when i talk on the phone people can hear me even when there is noise in the back round definitely a plus. But i think it would be sweet if you all had a color selection thay would be pretty dope like a silver, black, white, hey maybe even pink that would be perfect for the women.

I was overall blown away by this product, I've tried other wireless ear buds in the past but none that even got close to meeting my expectations.. But the Level U Wireless EarBuds are absolutely amazing! they met every requirement I could think of. They're now my go-to headphones for any occasion, they fir perfect right under my collar for work or hang tight around my neck when I'm at the gym! I have no complaints when it comes to this product. I can definitely see myself purchasing another pair, or newer pair in the future. I will be highly recommending this product!

The headset is taking a little bit for me to get used to. I have not had a pair designed like this. So far the sound quality is good. Phone calls are clear, music sounds great, and so far the stand by time is very good too. I had it on for about 2 days before recharging the battery.

These headphones are absolutely gorgeous in terms of design & functionality, basically plug & play if you will! Right out of the box synced them with my galaxy s6 edge+! And I was very very impressed! Sound quality......superb! Look and feel is great, not at all bulky! I can wear them for hours on end without any discomfort, I also synced them with my home theater for night viewing and I was blown away by the quality of sound these bad boys put out! I defected from apple a couple of years ago and have never looked back because samsung is for lack of a better word.........genius when it comes to there products! Rock on Sam, rock on!

I wore these for the first time today for any length of time. I put my phone in the front pocket of my sweatshirt and the connection was spotty at best. If I took my galaxy S6 edge plus out of my pocket and then the connection would clear up. The only way to keep the clear connection was to hold my phone in my hand defeating the purpose of having a wireless connection. I disconnected my phone from my Gear S but that did not clear up the issue. I received these free from Samsung for adding a card on Samsung Pay.

I love this product. It's jammed packed with cool features and lots of great sound. I am a Vendor for a local bread company and I am out doing deliveries all day. So it's nice to be able to jam out to my favorite tunes to keep me pumped while I work or talk to my clients hands free while I pull orders. I highly recommend this headset. Love the ear bud design with the new stabilizing piece keeps the buds in my ear all the time. The only problem I have had is the distance from device is greatly reduced if there is anything between you and your bluetooth device ie if you leave your phone in the kitchen and walk around a corner but that is to be expected.
