Haven't experienced any issues with this yet. Sound is excellent and I really like the around the neck feature for comfort and ease of use. My only complaint or suggestion is to include different size ear pieces instead of the same size ones to be able to fit different size ears.

After extensive research what wireless headphones to get I opted for this model and boy am I glad I got them. Sleek look, ultra light like there not even there with awesome sound and great bass punch on Motorola Droid Turbo 2 ...you can also install samsung level app. although it doesn't say that it support Droid but it does. With lower sound volume you can still hear your surroundings (good for work) but be warned once you crank the volume over half you will end up in lalaland with great tunes in your ears.

These are great to use while working, let's you know when you are getting a call a text, etc, while listening to your favorite tunes, and you can move around without fear of being pulled by your wire. Sound quality is good. Ear plugs fit comfortably and do not move around. The only down to this cool product is that I was expecting to have a bit more noise cancelled. I love the earplugs that came with my Samsung S6 so I'm used now to having less noise come in and these let a lot of noise through. Still, love that I'll be able to workout, walk and work with them.

I've been using these headphones daily for the last couple of weeks, streaming music from my favorite app. So far, these headphones have worked flawlessly and I am impressed with its performance. The design is simple, nothing too flashy. The Sapphire Black seamlessly matches my Galaxy S6. At first, I thought the look of the device was a little odd - needing to be worn behind the neck. However, I was pleased to find that wearing the device behind my neck was not as bulky as I thought it would be. In fact, the device is quite comfortable and lightweight. Also, the ear stabilizers have a nice fit and after wearing theM for hours at a time, I have noticed little to no ear fatigue. Sound is great - I'm no Audiophole, but noticed good balance of highs and lows, not overly bass-y like some headphones. All in all, these are a great, simple pair of Bluetooth headphones. They perform well and fit nicely.

These headphones say they have noise cancellation but they didnt really work well when i was outside . The bass is decent its light weight i always forget im wearing it when i use them . Not the loudest headphones but the sound is clear and decent enough for me .

If a scale 1-10, the bass of this headphone (8 points). Sound quality is perfect clear (10 points). If Samsung have a boost bass feature so I can add extra bass, it would be great without doubt. Most of the songs I listen on YouTube need to be adjusted, but unfortunately YouTube didn't offer equalizer, so I think boost bass is a great feature need to be added. I'm a heavy duty worker, so the gel tips keep falling out of my ears (7 points), but if you work behind the desk or something like that, this is a win.

I just received my level u pro headset about a couple weeks now and i must say i am very impressed. The music sounds so alive and vibrant also when talking on the phone, it really feels like the person your on the phone with is standing next to you. I love the design and quality of the headset, and i have definitely recommended this product to my friends and loved ones. This is the best wireless Bluetooth headphones i have ever had and i am greatful to say i own it, thank you samsung!

Samsung Level U bluetooth looks great with the dark blue color. it is very comfortable to wear on the neck but I like to wear it over cloth. The sound is great for both streaming music from the smart phone, as well as using it to make/receive calls due to its dual mics. This is my 2nd pair for a friend's birthday coming up, and also just purchased the third pair for my wife.

This is my first bluetooth product ever and I'm enjoying it. Not only is it bluetooth but wireless headphones. That's a plus! They're comfortable and very light. It's like it's not even there. I honestly thought it would be a let down because I did read the reviews before getting it but I love it. I really do recommend it!

horrible ear fit.keeps falling while sitting forget while doing exercises.tried the one with rubber extension grip,but no good either.sound quality is tolerable but when it doesn't fit into the ear,how can one listen to music anyway.needs a a lot better r&d
