I have had my share of wireless headphones and by far this is my favorite piece. It works great with my phone, the battery lasts for a very long time - the only complaint I have is the actual piece that goes in the ear which is somewhat uncomfortable and falls out. Other than that - great product.

I have had these headphones for about a year. When I use them for calls, the other party has difficulty hearing me. They were great in the beginning. The band on the next also broke within three months of purchase. They cannot handle being place in a bag or a purse.

At first I thought that they were kind of awkward looking, but then I thought why not just try them. It has amazing sound quality! Music sounds incredible and when I get calls, they're so clear. I'm really glad that I got these. Oh, yeah, they are very comfortable to wear.

I have a like/hate relationship with this product......the earbuds fit better than any other headset I have tried over the last 10 plus years.......the sound quality in those earbuds is very good......but the microphone sucks!!!! It is toooo sensitive to surrounding noises......and the audio goes in and out while talking on it. I guess there is always a chance it is me doing something wrong.....but I doubt that. I have had many times people complain about the audio fading in and out....or something Im doing being sooooo loud its hurting their ears. If anyone has any hints to resolve those issues.........I would be MORE than willing to hear those fixes!!!!!!

As a user of Samsung pay, first of all, Samsung pay has made my life easier by making me not need to search for a card in my bag or get embarrased when I do not have a card. By just going through simple steps, my phone became my second card. No need for internet or extra charge. It is a free app and you just need to set your information! Also, I am sure that everyone around you will be surprised at your level of technology when you use your Samsung pay, your phone, to pay a bill. While using Samsung pay, I could also get to know abojt this awesome headphone! To tell more about it, this prevented me from dropping my phone or computer while listening to music and dancing at the same time or when I simply move to grab something. Currently, there are nothing except for the fact that you need to turn your bluetooth on the device you want to connect with headphone which is pretty much simple and easy, there are no cons of this headphone. I absolutely love both that I mentioned.

I loved them when I first got them. They work great seating at my desk with my phone( Galaxy S6) on the desk in the open. Once I put the phone in my pocket they started dropping Bluetooth connection. I thought it maybe the batter so I charged them fully, but it didn't help. I am very disapointed.

The blue tooth cuts out sometimes for no reason and has to be reconnected thru your device?, the battery lasted my full 10 hr. Shift, the ear buds are ok but they slip allot and don't stay in for more than just few mins. At a time sometimes they stay in longer if you don't move much. The product goes around your neck and turns on your neck and that stinks also. Other wise they last as stated on the batteries and that's the only thing I can think of that is good about them. The volume cold be louder.

After a few weeks I can't use the normal earphones anymore or make a normal call using my hand. It's a product that make your life easier and probably safer. Your hands are free and there is no cables in the way so is very easy to hide into the collar when I'm working.

As a owner of Samsung's previous attempt at bluetooth headphones I can say that these are a big step forward for Samsung. They are very light you can barely tell your wearing a headset until you remember how cool you are to have Level U headset. Plus the price is much more reasonable great for an on the go person that still demands quality. At a Boy Samsung!

This product does everything well, except fit into your ear. I have lost one of the rubber pieces that help make it fit and stay in your ear as it is not glued to stay on so they must be easily lost. The one with the rubber piece is just barely any better. You will spend endless time trying to make it fit into your ear. Sound is great for the short time you can make it stay installed into your ear.
