I use them in the office and the sleek design allows me to wear using my collar shirt and tie. All you see is the headphones on my earbud. I constantly get compliments. The vibration when you get notifications is very useful. If you get an email or message it lets you know what application requires attention. Overall I would highly recommend! The only con I assume some people may have is that they are not super loud. But I use them in the office so i do not not require them to be that loud.

I love design and sounds great. The one thing I don't like is the piece that go's around you r neck tends to spin around when moving around alot and falls off. The weight is all in the back of the unit instead of being distributed on the sides. other then that its a great product.

I have been using these for about a week and I have to say that these are impressive. The sound quality is good and they fit nicely within the ears. The pairing of the headphones was straight forward and completed quickly. Am able to take calls in these as well. One small gripe is the distance within which these will work. I sometimes like to keep my phone on the charger and wander into the next room while listening to songs on these, and there are some occasional distortions. Won't be an issue for most though.... Overall, I would recommend these over similarly priced alternatives.

Having owned the Gear Circle I must say the Level U headphones are and awesome alternative! I'm a Note 5 owner and i ordered the Level U headphones as soon as they were available and I use them all the time. The built in flexible neckband is extremely lightweight, easy to adjust and very comfortable. The best feature in my opinion are the included wing ear gels the actually stay in your ear! My biggest complaint with the Gear Circle was that when i went running or working out I couldn't get the gear gels to stay in and the Level U solves that problem! I use them to talk on the phone and listen to music throughout the day an haven't had any issues with sound quality or battery life. The Level U's are definitely my favorite pair of wireless headphones I've ever used and would highly recommend to anyone that's looking for a solid affordable pair of headphones that get the job done!

The headset is made very well and is easy to use. It also sounds very good. The only drawback that I have found is that the little rubber bands that hold the wire in place get caught in my hair and pull it out. Of course, that would only be a problem for someone that has long hair, so all in all this is a very good product that I use very often.

I expected a lot more from Samsung. I bought these to pair with my Galaxy S7 but the only thing that worked perfectly was the pairing. The volume is SO LOW that in a slight breeze you cannot hear your music. This problem is over-shadowed by the fact that the BT does not stay connected and it a waste of time trying to walk with them on. Sitting down while you use them may work but that is not why I bought them. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

I have to admit that when I got the Level U I was extremely happy of how it looked, how light it was and the ease of use. The sound is really good and the microphone works extremely well. The only issue that I have with it, is that it already broke after 5 uses of less then 10 hours. I'm a very extremely careful person with electronics or anything for that fact. I have had cell phones that I carry on my daily for years and have never been dropped or scratched. When I was removing the Level U from my neck 2 days ago, the Right leg snapped and it broke. I was not "stretching" it or anything, just gently opened it and it cracked. Now it no longer works. I think that it could be a built with something stronger that can withstand more flexibility when being either removed or put on your neck. Loved everything else about it, but that part was a let down after 5 uses. :-(

I got these when I bought my Gear VR. They were half off when purchased with the VR so I couldn't pass them up. I don't usually wear headphones because of the shape of my inner ear. They just never fit. But I wanted to use headphones with the VR for a truly immersive experience. These are the first headphones in years that actually fit. So kudos for that. But the big story here is the performance. The audio quality here is top notch for the price. I have a note 5 and use the uhq audio feature and its breathtaking. I really like the magnets built in that will answer and end calls. Overall, this is a great set of headphones and I highly recommend!

I purchased these headphones because the headphones that came with my Galaxy Note 5 stop working in one ear. So thought I would go wireless. Since I have purchased them, they work only when I am indoors. When I am outside, the music skips or cannot hear it at all. I restart my phone and reconnect the headphones and it will work for a while. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but I am not satisfied with my purchase.

horrible ear fit.keeps falling while sitting forget while doing exercises.tried the one with rubber extension grip,but no good either.sound quality is tolerable but when it doesn't fit into the ear,how can one listen to music anyway.needs a a lot better r&d
