I was skeptical about these but they've proven to be excellent in performance. The earbuds stay firmly in place, even when exercising, and provide amazing sound clarity. They could use a little more in the bass department but earbuds aren't known for amazing bass response so I'm not going to be overly critical regarding that. The neckband(?) that the earbuds are attached to is very sturdy and the microphone performs very well with good background noise reduction. I've yet to run the battery down before recharging so I'm certain it works for at least 4 hours. Overall, an excellent pair of bluetooth earbuds with great performance!

I love this bluetooth headset! My issue is the design and the ear gels. The frame cracked while I was traveling and had to take them off and put them in my purse through security - all of 5 minutes. The other issue is that the ear gels come off ALL. THE. TIME. I have lost ALL of them now and wear them with nothing. I am on the hunt for a new bluetooth headset and likely will go with another brand even though (outside of the issues I mentioned) I loved these! Would love to know if you make improvements on this set. Pros - didn't even know I was wearing them!

I work in Construction abs I am able to hear clearly and the person on the other Libre was able to hear me without the extra nose in the background... i am very happy with my purchase of this product... i also have 4 Samsung smart tvs and I can connect my headset to the tvs for private listening... i pretty much have most Samsung products because of the quality of their products

So, I bought these because they were a great price and I'm an avid Samsung fan. Pretty much all of my electronics are Samsung. I loved them! The part that goes around your neck was so comfortable and the earbuds were the normal samsung earbuds (the new style). In my opinion, it was a well designed, comfortable headset and I was so excited about them. I absolutely loved the bluetooth feature. Pairing was very easy on my Galaxy S6 Edge. (BUT)... here's the bad part. They quit after 2 days. Only one ear did but that's not acceptable. I would have happily exchanged them if they sold them in the store but, unfortunately they don't so I had to go with an off brand and surprisingly I am equally satispied with them. These are definitely worth a shot! Pro samsung all the way!!! I use my bluetooth headset daily so I just didn't have the time for the exchange process.

I use lots of higher end wireless headphones and was really hopingthis pair would be the perfect set, but they weren't. Although they did do very good. I love the design to make them more sturdy, it helps keep them in your ears while working out. They are very comfortable. I like the magnet clink design, but i wish they were either retractable or the magnet was much more powerful, they would constantly come apart if they are hanging down. The sound was very clear, great tone, great quality, loud, but i felt was lacking a certain bass that i perfer in my music. You can definitely hear the bass, but i could barely feel it and thats what it was really missing. Great for the price though. Thats my honest review.

Sound quality is amazing. It's sharp and delivers adequate base. Bluetooth connectivity has been consistant. Only time it skips is when I take the train going into the tunnel. I suspect it's some kind of signal interference with MTA. I like the fact that when in use, it does not filter out sound from my surroundings entirely. I like to be aware of whats going on around me as a safety measure. In terms of design, it's sleek and stylish. Looks great with anything I wear ranging from casual to dressing up for work. Samsung brand is not exposed, it's located on the inner side of the headphone strap. Obviously, thats an effort to accomodate sensitive consumers who are not comfortable carrying an advertisement or perhaps making themselves a target to get mugged for a name brand(that depends on the neighborhood you live in). The headphones fit quite comfortably and it will not fall off easily. When not in use, the heaphones will stick together with the built in magnet and not dangle back and forth. This headset is very well thougt out factoring in quality, safety, and design. Job well done Samsung.

These headphones and I recommend them to anybody who enjoys great sound and not being tethered to their phone. The Wing-Tip ear buds fit great in my ear and do not fall out. The battery life is great and will last as much as two full days of listening to music.

Overall, I really like these headphones. They have a great sound and are very comfortable in the ears. The buttons are easy to find without looking, and it works well with my Galaxy S6. My only wishes are that they are more noise cancelling (don't work well when doing yard work with a mower, string trimmer, etc), and the main controller doesn't always stay straight on my neck (sometimes rotates). I enjoy using them. The battery life is great, normally a few days with normal use. Good quality sound! could use more bass, but that's just personal preference. Only problem I've found is the connection doesn't go as far as I would like, occasionally sound will buffer for a second, then continue. This may be the headphones or my phone it's self. Not a big deal. Over all, great, I use them daily and enjoy them!

My headset broke along one of the designed seams and Samsung will not replace or fix. They said that since there is physical damage the 12-month warranty is no longer valid. This is a design flaw. Be careful purchasing this product as it is very fragile and can "crack" or split open along these seams very easily.
