I love Samsung products. However, I this product has fallen short. During a regular phone conversation, it is hard to hear the other person because the speakers in the early buds keep making an irritating sound. I'm very surprised that a Samsung product does this. I have a Samsung phone, their regular ear buds are much more better quality than these. I feel like maybe I got a defective device because I refuse to believe these are that bad.

I had tried many pairs of headphones and all of then were disaster till couple of days ago when I got my headphones. start from comfort to quality and look, samsung headphones are just amazing. the sound coming our from them was surprisingly great together with the mic especially if i use them with my note 5. Almost miss important phone calls today but thx to the vibration add in em don't have to worry no more. battery is great , one charge and still have them on ( believe it's my 3rd day) . next pair will be the Samsung Level level on pro . wonder what they have to surprise me with! Thank you Samsung for keep on making us happy!

So I have been looking for wireless earbuds to do it all, phone (single bud), music (both buds), and noise isolation for audiobooks when mowing. 1st, i am not a necklace type, so wondered if having around neck was going to work, well warming up to the idea, not having the cord is a plus. 2nd, the music sound using the app is amazing although i am not an expert. The volume control is based on phone level and can be tricky and annoying to get right in some situations, earset needs own volume boost separate from phone, however, once in the volume red it does stay there but initially need to give permission. 3rd, when on phone call with single bud, there needs to be a way to secure the dangling bud to the frame, i put glued velcro on but not perfect. 4th, The eargel silicon irritated my ears (perhaps the white silicon would not) and did not provide enough isolation. So i bought some Veritas foam tips and cut to size. Work great for mowing comfy. Be nice if Samsung offered options like white, triple flange, and foam tip options for more versatility of use. Finally, no case included.....i get it, ur supposed to wear it, but....just waiting to snag the cords on sometimg in my packpack, i use a sandwich bad. Fix these and solid 5 star Samsung... good job!

I have had these headphones for about a year. When I use them for calls, the other party has difficulty hearing me. They were great in the beginning. The band on the next also broke within three months of purchase. They cannot handle being place in a bag or a purse.

I love this product. It's jammed packed with cool features and lots of great sound. I am a Vendor for a local bread company and I am out doing deliveries all day. So it's nice to be able to jam out to my favorite tunes to keep me pumped while I work or talk to my clients hands free while I pull orders. I highly recommend this headset. Love the ear bud design with the new stabilizing piece keeps the buds in my ear all the time. The only problem I have had is the distance from device is greatly reduced if there is anything between you and your bluetooth device ie if you leave your phone in the kitchen and walk around a corner but that is to be expected.

Unit sounds good, it just looses signal in the middle of conversations. I would think that a company like Samsung would put out better product. I would recommend an LG unit over this all day every day. If not for the loss of signal it would be a great unit.

I'm a former user of the gear circle Bluetooth device. And I'm told the level u & level u pro are the upgrade of the gear circle. I Like the features for as quality! What I DONT like.. .#1. is that the level don't come with the different size neck pieces as the circle did. This is too big for my neck, so it makes it move. By the device being light as a feather, it really makes it hard to know that the device is position wrong on my neck. #2.Which is a defect for my next dislike: the hanging. I don't like that it doesn't connect in a circle but rather hangs like a chain. Which gets in the way, not allowing the magnets to clasp together as they should. #3. The last thing I'm not to fond of is that the circle had the CLEAR neck piece. Which made the device discreet! This one (level u pro) is clearly seen unless your wearing a button down or collared shirt. Other than that... I like the device, but they should've kept THOSE features from the circle, and I'd LOVE it.

I always thought getting this kind of headphones would be annoying on my neck. Thankfully that turned out to not be the case. They are so lightweight you don't even notice them, which may be why so many people wear them 24/7. I am really loving them so far.

These headphones and I recommend them to anybody who enjoys great sound and not being tethered to their phone. The Wing-Tip ear buds fit great in my ear and do not fall out. The battery life is great and will last as much as two full days of listening to music.
