This product is great. I was given a Gear Circle by my mother and that one was very awkward to wear and it kept falling out of my ears. The ear buds were just too big and it was rather uncomfortable. Here comes the Level U and it's such a big upgrade! It fits comfortable around my neck and the ear buds work just perfectly. The sound is amazing and the battery life works great. I have had multiple conversations with these ear buds and they are my favorite head set. The people on the other end can also clearly listen to me and there have been no issues. I love this product!

It is nice and works well, but could be better in if. 1) the earpieces retracted. The bands holding wires move and don't stay in place very well. 2). The unit folded or had a way to be more compact or had a storage case. It is good, but glad I did not pay a lot of money for it.

This product is convenient in that it has a fairly long battery life, connects easily with my s6, comes with multiple kinds of ear buds, and sits well on my neck and can be barely seen when not in use. A few things that could be improved upon are the features to change sound and such as well as the material quality, doesn't grip the neck well when doing physical activity and where the product is made.

The Level U has a lot going for it. It's got a great design, connects easily, the buttons are relatively easy to locate, and the earbuds work quite well. Unfortunately, I can't use them for the type of workouts I typically do. My first tryout with the U was on a treadmill run. I was pretty excited because my previous headset (Beats) easily fell out of my ears once I started sweating. The U wraps around the back of your neck and the buds come up from the band. It was quite comfortable and the sound was great. However, shortly after my run began I could feel the band shifting towards my back until it fell backwards, taking the buds with it. I tried adjusting it numerous times, but by this point I was sweating and the sweat on my neck only exacerbated the problem. I quickly became frustrated with the set and finished my run without music. Although I haven't tried other workouts with the U, I feel like any repetitive motion is going to create the same result. The bulk of the weight in the device is in the rear and so it's natural tendency is to move backwards with any kind of agitation. But if you only want a wireless headset that can handle very mild activity, then I think that this would be a perfect fit. As a workout tool, I'm gonna have to pass.

As a user of Samsung pay, first of all, Samsung pay has made my life easier by making me not need to search for a card in my bag or get embarrased when I do not have a card. By just going through simple steps, my phone became my second card. No need for internet or extra charge. It is a free app and you just need to set your information! Also, I am sure that everyone around you will be surprised at your level of technology when you use your Samsung pay, your phone, to pay a bill. While using Samsung pay, I could also get to know abojt this awesome headphone! To tell more about it, this prevented me from dropping my phone or computer while listening to music and dancing at the same time or when I simply move to grab something. Currently, there are nothing except for the fact that you need to turn your bluetooth on the device you want to connect with headphone which is pretty much simple and easy, there are no cons of this headphone. I absolutely love both that I mentioned.

So I did not expect much from this product since it seems to have the same ear plugs as my stock Galaxy S6 earphones have. But boy was I wrong. I am on my third day of using these and I think for the price point they're at, they're worth every dollar. Surprisingly great audio and they fit so comfortably in my ears. I love the overall design and how clever they were in making the earphones magnetic. Great battery life too, went two days without charging out the box. I applaud you Samsung for making great set of small inexpensive earphones, best bang for your buck. ESPECIALLY if you don't like in-ear phones, which I can't stand. I do recommend tweaking some of the equalizer settings to get the great quality sound you want out of it. Now granted, this isn't the Level On wireless, which has very very high quality sound for a higher price point. But for what you pay for, I guarantee that you'll be as impressed as I am.

Don't waste your money! Theses headphones broke apart in two months! I contacted Samsung, they said they do not cover defective craftsmanship. They only cover broken audio. If it breaks quickly you are out of luck. Plastic and rubber are poor quality.

This relatively cheap pair of headphones are a great value. They make using your phone so much easier since you don't have to pull out your phone to stop and start your music and there's no wires to get all tangled up and in the way. The quality of the sound is pretty similar to the other Samsung headphones that come with their phones which are pretty good for most people's uses. Battery life on these is also amazing. I usually don't have to charge it for a full week with lots of use. Inexpensive and good quality, what's not to like.

The quality of the sound is great. However, the only thing that keeps them stable around your neck are the magnets in the earpiece. It moves easily around your neck, and can slide back and fall off. Also, I only had them two weeks, and where the plastic and rubber meet on both sides it has separated. Purchase something else, I will have to. Not worth it.

I have to admit...based on the hit-or-miss reviews of most bluetooth wireless headphones, I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary out of this pair. However, when I unboxed them and gave them a try, I was pleasantly surprised. The battery life seems great so far, although it's only been a couple of weeks. Fingers are crossed that it continues to maintain a good charging capacity for time to come. The headset is very lightweight and I've used it on several of my runs...it doesn't bounce around and, quite frankly, you can't even feel it there. The sound quality is decent as well. It's not the best I've heard, but certainly not the worst. If you're using these for working out, I don't feel that you'll be very focused on the quality of the sound anyway...not any more than you would be with any other set of headphones. My ONLY gripe about these headphones: The earpieces. My personal preference has always been- and will always be earbuds. But, I mean the round earbuds and not the form-fitting "buds" on these bluetooth headphones. They stay in my ear canals quite well, however I like a tighter fit and as much sound isolation as possible when wearing my headphones. Due to the loose nature of these earpieces, I must increase the volume much more than normal on both my device AND the headphones in order to hear the music. Additionally, much of the music quality (and volume) is lost due to the lack of a good seal between the earpiece and the ear canal. Price-wise, these aren't too competitive with its competition, either. I think Samsung could do I better job with their pricing, but isn't that the case with anything nowadays? ;) Overall, I definitely recommend these headphones.
