Samsung new "Samsung Level U Wireless Headphones, Black Sapphire" is a great product. The color "Black Sapphire" gives it a premium look. Where the color is, its made out of a hard plastic, while the rest of it its made of some soft, rubber. The earbuds, connected to a almost 10 inch cord are really good. It also has a small rubber-band type that can be roller so the wires can stay firm. The sport earbuds are really great, they fit perfect in the ear, and no problem while working out. However, if you lose that pair, you need to buy new ones, there are not extra ones on the package. I noticed how easy it was paring with my Galaxy Note 5, but I also noticed how much noise was coming in from the outside. It was not that good with noise cancellation. Sound quality was good, in order to get good sound you needed both earbuds in. I noticed that with other units you would get really good quality with just one earbud in one ear, which is how most people use the products since they are on school or work. When you get some notifications you can feel a small vibration on the back of you neck, really cool. All in all, a great product, but needs minor improvements. If you want great audio and great noise cancellation, this is not the product.

I purchased Samsung wireless headphones earlier this month. These headphones are used with a Galaxy device. When my phone is in my pocket it sounds patchy as if the distance between the headphones and the device is too far. I've tried adjusting the settings from the sound settings in the phone and it doesn't work. There should be no reason the headphones sound like this when it is connected to a Samsung device. I am very unhappy about this purchase, most likely will return.

These headphones are great in that you can charge while you listen if the battery dies. The issue is that every one I have had, the left earpiece dies, as the audio fails. Also, if you have a paired APTx low latency device nearby, it will take precendence (even if not active) and you have to unplug it since there is no way to tell the headset to switch. Great sound, bass is about 75% there, overall pretty good. Cannot recommend since they die after about 3 months

It's a nice product but I have a couple things I do not like. 1) It does not have an answer button so I still have to pull out my phone to answer calls. 2) It only allows the volume to go up half way when I'm listening to media 3) The ear buds are shaped weird, fall out all the time, and hurt after long periods of wear.

The product is overall really good but the only problem I have is the earpiece is big and kinda hurts after a while of wear of wearing them. One other thing isn't a big concern but the volume controls don't work I don't know if it's just messed up or it just doesn't work.

I love these headphones. Superior sound quality. Can connect to basically anything. I use them on my laptoo. Tablet. Smartphone. I love using them while working out and lifting weights. They never fall out never come loose or get in the way. Many different ear buds to choose from to fit your ear perfectly.

I owned LG tones and couldn't get used to them. I gave them to a friend and went back to an ear piece. Needed something that was always around but didn't have to have in my ear all day so I broke down and bought these. Sound is perfect, noise cancellation as promised, comfortable to wear and love how the buds clasp as opposed to feeling around for their home. Samsung you have delivered yet again.

After extensive research what wireless headphones to get I opted for this model and boy am I glad I got them. Sleek look, ultra light like there not even there with awesome sound and great bass punch on Motorola Droid Turbo 2 ...you can also install samsung level app. although it doesn't say that it support Droid but it does. With lower sound volume you can still hear your surroundings (good for work) but be warned once you crank the volume over half you will end up in lalaland with great tunes in your ears.

I had a great time listening using this headphones and it has some kind of noise cancellation. It's as if there was no background noise. Also, I do not like the in-ear designs headphones nowadays because it's not comfortable to wear, but with the Level U Pro, I'm having a very good time wearing it and it doesn't fall off. Definitely recommend getting this

I run heavy equipment in an very loud and dirty environment. My favorite feature is the silicon earbuds because they do not go in my ear but sit very secure on the outside. The volume and connectivity are spectacular. I use this Bluetooth everyday and still only have to charge it every other day.
