I received this as a promotional gift for downloading the Samsung Pay app, so as far as the price goes--that was great. I was curious when I opened the package since the earbuds were connected to what looked like a collar, but after wearing it, I decided it makes sense. the other wireless earbuds I have tend to get tangled up with my clothes or hair and move about if I take one out of my ear. These stay in place with no tangling. My husband noted that the sound during a call seemed clearer than the bluetooth headset (not earbuds, attaches to the visor) that I use in the car. Connecting to my phone and other devices was easy but did seem to take a bit longer while the devices were scanning each other.

I bought these headphones to wear while working out, I was pumped not to have a wire in my way anymore. Well now is just as bad, these things never stay in my ear and fall around my neck constantly. Also -- don't bother running with these, they bounce and fall out within minutes. Also, the Bluetooth did not work well when answering the phone.

Before I was using a platronics wireless earbuds during my works. And while the performance was great, the major downside was that they would always slip out of my ears and ruin the music immersion. I recently read a review for the samsung level u headphones and couldn't be more impressed. The sound quality is great, the build is sturdy, and best of all with the use of the stabilizing earbuds, they remain secured in my ears comfortably. even during my some of my more intense workouts. If you are in the market for a solid headset, give the level U a try and you wont be disappointed.

This product looks good. speakers are good but the product design is really not aligned to its functions. It keeps coming off the neck. I have been using similar products for 8 years now. This is the worst design for the neck. It comes off from one side and falls on the ground or entangles with clothes. There are no magents to hold the earbuds when you are not using it.

These things sound great, are comfortable to wear and the battery life is longer than stated. Other than a few personal items I see as flaws they are perfect balance of Quality/Sound/Comfort. Pro: Very lightweight and good sounding Con: Cord length is a little short for adults (I have had 4 people try and all say the same thing), if you turn your head while wearing the buds they tend to pull out or twist the band around your neck. Another 1/2-1inch would have been great! The new design of the earbuds is not as comfortable as the older squishy earbuds. all the new Samsung buds come with a part that sticks out and into the canal, this is not always comfortable and at times allows way to much sound to escape. My old wired buds stay in my ear much better and do not make me have to turn the volume up so loud to drown out back ground noises around me.

I have tried MANY Bluetooth headphones, and for some reason or another I end up buying another pair to find the right one. When I received this set, I was amazed for the quality of the product and how well they fit and feel. Also the sound is great BUT... It looses connectivity when I'm about 10ft away, really?, I have had other cheap ones and I can be as far as 20 or 30 and they work ok. Also being 2ft away from my phone and if I'm close to ATM's, (I work with ATM's), the sound breaks!!! really? the cheap ones don't do that at all. So still looking for the right set AGAIN. (Please tell me that my set is defective, and that I'm the only one with this issue).

These pair of headphones are honestly the best I've ever owned for my phone. While they don't work at all on a console or work well on a computer, they work flawlessly on my own phone. Originally I had believed I would dislike it being how the earbuds are, but these headphones are extraordinarily comfortable where I could even sleep with them in my ears without a problem. My only hassle that I was not a fan of is that one day I had pulled it off, but seemingly bent the sides too far where the rubber pealed away from the plastic.

Bought two pairs while they were on sale. My daughter's started to split just past the plastic band. I contacted Sam's technical support as I got an extended warranty and they replaced them. They were quick and on the ball. Now she is wearing the second pair and they are doing the exact same thing

These are great to use while working, let's you know when you are getting a call a text, etc, while listening to your favorite tunes, and you can move around without fear of being pulled by your wire. Sound quality is good. Ear plugs fit comfortably and do not move around. The only down to this cool product is that I was expecting to have a bit more noise cancelled. I love the earplugs that came with my Samsung S6 so I'm used now to having less noise come in and these let a lot of noise through. Still, love that I'll be able to workout, walk and work with them.
