I received my headphones in the mail and within 2 hours (due to charging & life getting in the way) I was up and running. I'm not a tech savvy individual either. I mostly use the headphones as a Bluetooth headset for talking while I'm plowing snow and the best part about it is, not having to keep it in my ear when I'm not using it, but knowing it's not falling on the floor getting lost, it's conveniently and comfortably waiting around my kneck.

Comfortable ear piece, with 4 options to choose from there is something for everyone. Want sure how I'd like it resting around my neck, but very comfortable. I do experience some interference just when phone placed in pocket with headphones on but minor. I do like being able to connect to multiple phones though.

Everything works as it should, good sound and volume. However, when I have my phone in my pocket playing music while walking, I will often get static and the sound will drop off for a few moments here and there. Should not happen with a quality Bluetooth radio.

The level u is the best headset I've used. I can leave the ear buds in and still hear is going around which is great for work. Also it has great sound and is so light I barely notice them around my neck. Over all a great product that I am very satisfied with

I love Samsung products. However, I this product has fallen short. During a regular phone conversation, it is hard to hear the other person because the speakers in the early buds keep making an irritating sound. I'm very surprised that a Samsung product does this. I have a Samsung phone, their regular ear buds are much more better quality than these. I feel like maybe I got a defective device because I refuse to believe these are that bad.

I used this item for a full month and now the signal brakes down way to much and you can't listen to music, a side from that, lets say it was only made to talk as what it is for a bluetooth headphone, but ohhhhh no, people always tell me they can't hear me when I'm using this thing and if that wasn't all I can not seem to have this device steady on my neck all day, it's always falling. I wish you take this back and let me get something else.

As a owner of Samsung's previous attempt at bluetooth headphones I can say that these are a big step forward for Samsung. They are very light you can barely tell your wearing a headset until you remember how cool you are to have Level U headset. Plus the price is much more reasonable great for an on the go person that still demands quality. At a Boy Samsung!

I bought Samsung Level Over 1 year ago, when it first introduced. Today there isn't even such a product. Now i can't even sell it. I always bought flagships of Samsung, all the galaxy series and samsung level over, but i'm now very regretful that i bought it. Why: 1- You can't sell it, Samsung don't protect its customers. They change the name, they change the products.

Great design and extremely happy about the earpieces that have the inner ear retention, but after two weeks of use, no one can hear me when I use them. I can hear others just fine. I've un-paired it from my phone, re-paired it with no success, wiped my Galaxy S4 and set it up from scratch with no luck and then went back to my Plantronics just to make sure it wasn't an issue with the bluetooth on my phone and it worked fine. Bummer. There goes that money.

Side piece on product broke. Can't find model in any pull down menu, so I can't register it or request service. Can't find serial number on product so I can't register it. Using reading glasses and magnifying lens! Therefore I can't get service for my product either. I also can't email customer support or chat since the the product doesn't show up in pull down menu.
