I've had this headset on my neck whenever I can since receiving it. It paired easily with my phone, and having it be the same brand as my phone (Galaxy S6) made everything work together nicely. The control buttons are raised and easy to find by touch, and the cable is a good length to reach from the device's natural resting place on my neck to my ears. Speaking of ears, I really like the design of the earbuds. The default was a good size, which rarely happens for me, and the extra wingtip to stabilise it against the ear makes it stay in especially better than any other earbuds I've tried. In fact, I don't think they've fallen out by themselves once. The magnets to hold the earbuds together work alright, but it seems you have to solidly place them together with both hands or something if you want to have a better chance of them staying connected. Some other designs of these type of Bluetooth headset have the earbuds rest inside a flared bit at each end, which seems like a better way of making sure they aren't flapping around your neck when not in use. Also, I usually keep my phone in my pants pocket, but some days when I wear my long-ish winter coat, it seems to block the signal every other step or so. I don't know if it is because I usually have a hat in that side's pocket, but it is a little disappointing that this is enough to interrupt the connection. If I move the phone to a jacket pocket, the signal has no problems. All in all, great device, good value, glad I have it, but there are some issues I'd want tackled before picking up version 2.0

I absolutely love my level u headphones. Year over year I continue to purchase Samsung Products and the functionality with each one is great. Amazing sound quality,comfortable around your neck, and stays in youregards ears. I highly suggest this Samsung produc!

After 4 months I can say I am very happy with this product. I use daily in my job since I am a traffic coordinator and receive several phone calls daily; even when I drive I pickup calls without a problem. The mic sound is very clear as other persons told me, and the sound is also very good. At the begining it took me like 4 days to get used the ear-speakers in my ears, but right now I also get slep with them. I am looking forward to buy the pro samsung level U just to have two.

I purchased these headphones this afternoon after testing them in my local big box stop and shop. The sound was above average. They paired to my phone without a hiccup. I even wore them and enjoyed Pandora music as I continued my shopping. The design is lightweight and sporty. These headphones were a delight for about 360 minutes (part of this time was fully charging the unit). That's when a glowing review became feedback from a consumer that bought junk. The headphones were fully charged, and I took the time to fit the proper ear buds. I like the active fit buds. They maintained a snug fit in my ears and kept a good seal to maintain sound quality. I turned them on, connected them, and started my music. Then, they stopped working. I didn't drop them. I didn't throw them. My dogs didn't chew them. I simply wore them as prescribed and listened to music. Then out of nowhere they retired themselves from playing music. $XX headphones should work for more than a few hours. I hope this is not indicative of the quality of the products Samsung will be bringing consumers in the future. I will be returning these in the AM.

I received my headphone within a couple days and I was am amazed by the rapid processing and shiiping. The headphones are amazing! They work great and the sound quality is great, I'm able to pair it with both my phone and my Gear S2 watch and always carry them with me and they are very reliable headphone and they stay in place very well.

These bluetooth earphones are amazing. I listen to my music and videos conveniently because of the design. The weight of the device is evenly distributed so that the neck piece does not slip side to side. I Personally love the earbud design. My earbuds do not fall out of my ears. These earphones are amazing, however they do not block ALL outside noise. The microphone on the device is not good. I have to raise my voice very loud for the mic to hear me. Nonetheless, the quality of the sound and earphones are great

These wireless headphones have awesome sound and are very comfortable around the neck, I don't even know they're there. They fit excellent in the ear and the length of the charge is great. I would definitely recommend these. 5 out of 5 Stars. Thank you Samsung, they are great.

Overall, I really like these headphones. They have a great sound and are very comfortable in the ears. The buttons are easy to find without looking, and it works well with my Galaxy S6. My only wishes are that they are more noise cancelling (don't work well when doing yard work with a mower, string trimmer, etc), and the main controller doesn't always stay straight on my neck (sometimes rotates). The Level U headphones look very good. I like the magnet in the ear pieces to keep them connected when not in use. I recommend downloading the app which gives feedback on battery life. The sound is good and comparable to the wired headphones that came with your phone. I would prefer them to be louder and have a little more bass. I've tried to make adjustments but still would like more. The variety of options for the earpieces is nice and should have a comfortable fit for anyone. I only use the ones with the wings. Overall these perform well. I have had an issue on my bike where the signal was breaking up with the phone in my pocket. I tried to reconnect and it was better but still intermittent. You may consider another option for more aggressive sports or if you are particular about sound

Before I was using a platronics wireless earbuds during my works. And while the performance was great, the major downside was that they would always slip out of my ears and ruin the music immersion. I recently read a review for the samsung level u headphones and couldn't be more impressed. The sound quality is great, the build is sturdy, and best of all with the use of the stabilizing earbuds, they remain secured in my ears comfortably. even during my some of my more intense workouts. If you are in the market for a solid headset, give the level U a try and you wont be disappointed.
