I generally love all my Samsung products the problem that I have with Samsung level U is I seem to frequently get calls where people can't hear me well at first but then the calls Fade Out also it tends to drop a lot of calls I also get complaints that I sound as if I'm in a tunnel and/or as if I am staticky. The one other problem that I have with the Level U is it tends to shift and try to fall off of my neck if not cautious you will lose it

I have not really used the headset very much. I just received it in the mail on Monday. Initial opinion is favorable. I love the color and it looks great with my new gold flip case (I am sure that's not the real name). I think I am the coolest grandma on the block now..lol

I do not like that it does not read my text messages in lock screen or while I'm on the phone. I think this featured is referred to text speech or hands free text messsage. During conversations the device will automatically hang up my calls. Also the device does not beep or notify me when I'm out of range. I will be returning this device for a refund.

Hi, Earlier this week I purchased Samsung's Level headphones. I was attracted by their type and the price. However,,,, I have to have the volume set to maximum to hear at an appropriate level for me. Also the left ear speaker falls out of my ear every few minutes. The magnetic clasp is picky on placement and is a little weak. The instruction booklet is an eye test. The headphones are lightweight. I am hoping the store will accept these as a full refund return.

These were my first foray into bluetooth headphones and I am happy with these units. The audio and microphone audio quality is very good. Bluetooth connectivity is fast upon powering the device on. Long battery life. Uses the same micro USB interface to charge as my Galaxy phones. The only thing I wish it had were replacement tips with an actual 'bud' on them to better seal off sound but the ones that come with it are still good.

These headphones are so great! My husband and I both have a pair and use them all the time. They are not my preferred style of ear bud (I like the kind that has a circular squishy rubber part that fits into the ear and helps block out other noises), but these are much better than the stock headphones that came with my Galaxy S6 Edge. I couldn't use that pair at all, since I have smaller ear holes. This pair comes with different size options, and the anti-slip pair works well for my husband's workouts. The battery life is surprisingly great, even though I use them a lot. I can't think of anything I don't like about them, and I'm pretty picky! They aren't noise-canceling, but that is fine with me.

I wanted to try a pair of Bluetooth headphones, but I didn't want to pay a big price if they weren't going to work well. When I saw the price drop on these, decided to take the leap. Battery does last, I have gotten two work days on a charge. Pairing with my galaxy s4 phone was pretty easy. Pairing it with my laptop was not quite so easy. Sound is better than I expected. Not as good as my favorite wired Sennheiser headphones, but good enough. For the convenience of no wires, it is just fine. Also, using it as a phone headset works well. No one had complained about the call quality while using it. Sometimes the connection is not so great if my phone is in my pocket, but I suspect it is the phone more than the headset.

Before I was using a platronics wireless earbuds during my works. And while the performance was great, the major downside was that they would always slip out of my ears and ruin the music immersion. I recently read a review for the samsung level u headphones and couldn't be more impressed. The sound quality is great, the build is sturdy, and best of all with the use of the stabilizing earbuds, they remain secured in my ears comfortably. even during my some of my more intense workouts. If you are in the market for a solid headset, give the level U a try and you wont be disappointed.

After a few weeks I can't use the normal earphones anymore or make a normal call using my hand. It's a product that make your life easier and probably safer. Your hands are free and there is no cables in the way so is very easy to hide into the collar when I'm working.

Is there a way to know when the battery is charged? I left the unit switched off after being connected for charging overnight, didn't use it until a few days later I switched it on and the battery was dead. Also, allowing for the fact I always have trouble with earbuds, can anyone give a helpful hint about inserting them so they stay firmly in place? and (3) ;-) does the unit have to be switched off during take-off and landing?
