I bought this computer for the size of the screen and I was not disappointed. It's got great picture to bezel ratio. A lot of people have complain about the size of the keyboard and the space around the touchpad but it's actually terrific because you've got a lot of Elbow Room to rest your hands whenever you're working on the lap and the keys are not getting in the way. I don't know what the battery life was supposed to be but 2 hours is where you expect to be and I mostly use it plugged in anyway. It's very Snappy you know boot under 30 seconds. Yes it does leave some fingerprints on the exterior of the computer because of the glossy surface but it doesn't affect how it looks it's still a beautiful computer

This Laptop is awesome. Boots up in 20 sec and quick response to all commands. Cloud gaming runs perfectly, Playing downloaded games seem to require changes to Video settings, but in the end games played perfectly. I was using Forza (X-box) as my test for gaming. Shipping was quick and packaging was excellent. Highly recommend!

This fits my needs perfectly. I was looking for a large screen because I was having a hard time reading the small letters on my old laptop. The speed, screen refresh rate, and text clarity are much faster and clearer, making it much easier for me to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This boots up fast and runs great. So far I have encountered very little bloatware or other annoyances, Very pleased with the purchase and highly recommend.

So far, no issue, learning how to bridge it with our other equipment. It is light weight and easy to work on to do our ministry projects. Overall, we are satisfied with the purchase.

The design is simple, slick and the screen resolution is great. The slim design makes it very portable, light and easy to carry around. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone.

The laptop is nice with a large touchpad and the large 18" screen is a big plus. There are a couple of negatives though. First, the black material the laptop is made from shows your fingerprints wherever you touch it. Most importantly, the keyboard is different than any other I've used. There is no "End" key opting instead to have you click the Fn + Right Arrow key to accomplish that task and the numeric keypad layout is different. It has a small enter key at the lower right, the + and - keys are at the top rather than on the right and the Number Lock key is on the top right rather than the top left. the power button is also grouped into this area. None of this is a deal breaker but does take some getting used to . Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase of this laptop but I've only had it a few days.

I am just learning a few things with my new laptop. Some difficulty reinstalling everything and some learning issues, but I am excited about the future.

Once I log in with facial recognition it says verified. But then screen goes blank and I have to press power button and reverify like 20 times. Screen works and logs in.
